Ive been here a handful of times. Its hit or miss as far as it being crowded, as well as if you encounter friendly staff. Overall however, I like the selection & help in getting my little one sized. A bit pricey for sure, but for small children its great to shop in person for quality shoes.

Third generation shopper here! These people really care about their customers and are so patient. What I love most about J-Ray is the fact that they get down assist with trying on shoes. When in doubt, J-Ray is going to have it, or order it for you!

My sons life is totally different now we have the expert advice from JRays and their staff. My son has had issues with his feet hurting for years. We heard of this place and decided why not give them a try. They did a review of his feet and put him in a pair of shoes that made all of us happy. He is pretty much pain free. My first time making a purchase was 1 yearago when my son turned 1 years old. I bought 2 pair of shoes. The lady that helped me at the time put all of my fears and worries aside. She was very nice,knowledgeable and patient with my son. She made us feel so welcomed that I was determined to come back and buy moreshoes. But, the other day when I came in I immediately felt a different environment.  The lady that, I could tell begrudgingly helped me, was not very friendly at all. I could tell she thought I wasnt going to buy anything anyway so she was just ready for me to stop wasting her time and leave. On top of that she was not friendly to my 2 year old son at all either.  Seemed asif she didnt have the patience for us or mykind. Since I didnt feel welcomed I started to just leave but I stayed and bought my son some sandals. But unfortunately this will be my last time buying from or even referring people to this business.

We love J-Ray shoes. They are so helpful with sizing and are really good with the children. I like how they bring you every style of the childs size and let them choose what they like.

Last year around thanksgiving me and my daughter went no one greeted us so we sign in looking around to purchase two are more pairs of shoes for my grands so someone else walks in they gave all the proper greeting ask themto sign in me and my daughter look at each other and said lets go they should treat everybody the same white are black
