Terrible service, irresponsible and arrogant staff.With more than a month in advance we went to this town to separate the label of my boyfriend and our entourage. Only one of the measurements was sent two weeks before the activity, since the sponsor was not in Puerto Rico. Before the warning of a storm I contact the manager of the premises, to make sure that everything is still standing and that the labels were ready for the day before the wedding, as had been previously coordinated. The manager tells me that everything is still in order, that I will come to look for the labels on Thursday. On the Thursday before I move to the coordinated time, I call her to make sure all labels are ready for pickup and to confirm arrival time. Mrs. Ivette Caban, who is in charge, tells me that all of them were ready except for the godfather, since the pants were still in the laundry. I understand that due to weather conditions the laundry is closed, which is out of his control, even so all other labels were ready except his. As soon as we got to the place we ran into a horrible disorganization. The manager tried to measure a small jacket for both my grandfather and my father, which did not fit. The labels were not separated by person. My fathers label was missing his jacket, his godfathers pants were both still in the laundry. My boyfriends label had to be completely changed, as the pants were not tailored to suit him and the staff did not have additional clothing in the same style. During the fitting, the manager was with attitudes, upset and communicating with an arrogant tone. I did not have the labels organized, I did not know the telephone number of the Laundry where I take the clothes, the shirts did not have their buttons and they were stained; to be in charge of the business she was unprofessional. As a result of the whole situation, they wanted to raise the cost of the rent. Anyway, the service was terrible, I have never encountered such irresponsible people.
