They tell me one day shows it on my texts I wait for them all day taking my day off losing money then I look at the appointment schedule on their website says a different date. My text from them said Wednesday they will be there between 8 and 1 then I go to their website its Thursday from 8 to 1

Wow Beyond satisfied. I scheduled an appointment though my insurance app. I got txt message updates before and after I dropped my truck off. I had both my windshield and power rear window replaced and they did it all in a day. They were even finished an hour before they told me they would be. I would totally recommend using them. Clean shop with very professional employees. Even the Manger was pleasant to talk to and could tell the employees enjoyed working there.

It was a great experience. The manage Mike and his counter part (sorry I didnt get his name). They were very helpful. They offered water or coffee and asked how I was doing while waiting.

I was waiting all day to get my windshield fixed, they never showed up and never alerted me. I took the whole day off. The manager just said “sorry, your windshield never came in” then when I spoke to him and let him know that corporate told me that I was the first stop of the day he said “they say that to make you feel important” horrible service! I will definitely be reporting this higher up.

Paid $300 from my pocket to replace my windshield. When I got it back there were two problems I noticed. Top weather seal did not seal properly. Crooked weather seal on corner.Drove BACK the hour drive to the shop a few weeks later to get the problems fixed after being UNABLE to get anyone on the phone. This was the result...No “sorry we messed up the job we did.” No compensation for the 100 miles put on the car to get it back to the shop. They just GLUED it and pressed down. That was what they’re solution was. 😤

2 out of the 3 times using them for windshield replacement Ive always had excellent service and very quick to change out a windshield. Except for my Expedition this time the tech was not prepared for the job and took 3hrs and had to call another tech to finish job correctly.

This guy here told me today after looking at my windshield that the whole thing needed to be replaced. Less than a size of a quarter is the rock damage. I took it to Macs and got it fixed for 65 dollars 🤣🤣🤣 Do not go here. Clearly trying to collect insurance on anything and everything!!!

I had a small chip in my windshield and called SafeLite to repair it.They gave me a time frame of 2-5pm for when they would come so I got off work early to race home. When I got home, I had a note saying they came early (1:30pm) and took off since I wasnt home. Although I was upset that I had taken time off of work to be home in the time frame and they changed it, I still rescheduled with SafeLite. They came to repair it a week later. The technician not only failed to repair the same chip, but made it irreparable. Now I had to get the entire windshield replaced. He set me up with an appointment two weeks later. I arrived at my appointment and after two hours of waiting, their technician said the windshield they ordered was the wrong one. Not only did they not replace the windshield, they shattered the old one. So two times SafeLite technicians have worked on my windshield and both times they made it much worse.The front desk gal said she would call me when the correct windshield arrives. its been over a week since she said that and I have yet to hear from them. When I call the listed number to figure out when I can expect to get my windshield replaced, I get the run around on an automated message system. SafeLite is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND GOING ANYWHERE OTHER THAN SAFELITE

Cant say much since i never received a response from them. I inquired thru their site about a windshield for my 70 chevelle and it said that required special attention and to forward contact info and i would hear from them. I did, they didnt.

My appointment was between 1 and 5 pm. The technician, Erick I believe was his name, arrived at 1. I left my key under the doormat and he took care of everything. He removed the bags I had over the windows, vacuumed out all of the glass, installed the windows in a timely manner. He was super nice and professional. Understood the risks and importance of social distancing during this time. The entire experience was hassle free and well done. Thanks.

Did my daughters windshield in one day. They did a Great job! Lagged a little on timing,itd be different if we lived closer, had to wait a couple hours in the parking lot after they said itd be done at a certain time, but wasnt. Got quality time with my kid though!

I took my windshield in for a very small chip repair. I understand that when a chip is repaired the goal is not to completely remove the chip, but to prevent it from spreading. Still, the repair was twice the size of the original chip and i now have 4 spider legs off the repair. The technician apologized for the appearance of the repair and informed me they just connect the machine to the windshield and it does all the work. I spoke with the manager and he said that the repairs are completed to make the windshield structurally sound and not for appearance. They offered to convert the claim over to a replacement, but I have to pay for that out of pocket. I have contacted Safelite customer service via e-mail and I am waiting for their reply. I gave them two stars because the staff was very friendly. Knowing what I know now, I would have just left the small chip alone and taken my chances with a crack.

Very good company, they guy who came out to fix my windshield was very helpful (modesto area) off Kiernan, the guy showed up at 11:15 a.m. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 and it only took about 45 to get the job done. Great customer service.

Easy to set up an appointment and very easy to reschedule if needed. showed up and they follow social distancing practices and have sanitizer and masks and bottled water for customers. front desk employees were very friendly and welcoming. overall service is perfect, they did a recalibration on my cars systems and they worked perfectly on the hour drive home. love Safelite, they do great work and ensure you are covered. easy to set up through insurance as well, pay a bit more for a lower deductible on Comprehensive coverage and you will not regret it.

Yesterday I was on the freeway and a rock from a truck hit my windshield. I called my insurance and the recommended me to come to this location. Once I arrived to my appointment they were quick to help me . It was all day drop of so they called me once it was ready. When they called later and I arrived to pick up my vehicle the crack on the windshield was repaired. It looks amazing and they did a great job. The workers there were very professional and I appreciate the awesome job.

Had to get a crack in my windshield filled during the COVID-19 quarantine. Luckily, Safelite staff was wearing proper PPE and the place was nice and clean. The repair person was efficient, effective, and professional. I was grateful that they took my safety seriously while still providing a great service.

If your looking to waste your time with inexperienced techs and a careless manager this is your place. They will tell you one thing and do another. Dishonest and careless they swamped a regulator that was never needed and then lied about it.. on top of that they tried charged me for the service. Will never do business with this low level place.

HORRIBLE JOB!!! Took in my 2020 Prius for a cracked windshield. 1. When I got my car back I realized the windshield they installed wasn’t OEM. They told me my insurance didn’t cover a OEM windshield... (called my insurance and found out that was lie and the windshield was suppose to be OEM. After all it is a 2020 car) 2. They broke my day/night sensor even left the broken little pieces of plastic on the dash. 3. My heads up display is super blurry who knows what they did to it. 4. My automatic windshield wipers also not working properly. I honestly enjoyed driving my car with a cracked windshield more then the way I got it back. Absolutely horrible job. I will be going back tomorrow and I will be making a scene until they fix everything back to how it’s suppose to be... you know what scratch that I will be making a movie until they put my car back to how it was before I took it to them.

Great service. I went in to get a chip in my windshield fixed without an appointment and was done within a half an hour. They took care of contacting my insurance and my windshield looks great.

Wrong glass ordered,then wanted me to take the one they had there with a scratch across drivers view, no discount .then wanted to charge me 500.00. I was quoted 355.00. Then left my hood opened when they returned my car to me.NO THANKS ILL GO ELSEWHERE LOSE THE #

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Replacing my windshield was difficult because the old original seal had become extremely hard, but they got it done well under the estimated time given on their website, and were even apologetic despite the fact that it was my truck that broke 2 of their tools and gave their quite a challenge!

Poor service! Gave my windshield to another customer, and I arrived first. If youre in Modesto, go to Dons Mobile Glass. They price matched these jokers and did a better job.

This is the second time I purchase the same glass and it feels like Safelite supplies are not strong enough

My grandmas car was broken into through the front passenger window. The SafeLight professional, Marshall, was THE BIGGEST HELP. He was very patient with my elderly grandparents, super nice guy, and he did a great job repairing and cleaning up the car. He answered every question and seemed very happy to help. I HIGHLY recommend SafeLight, and especially the employee, Marshall Sabean.

This place sucks costumer service suck and I would recommend going with Dons Mobile Glass!!! Safelit auto glass Brought a after market glass to my crib and didnt fit but that is understand able. I waited 5 day with out a window and they said they order a OEM I had a appointment with them and they didnt even show up 2 the second appointment even after I got a text saying agent is on his way... so I call my insurance company and talked to my agent and we call safelit auto glass with me on the line and they never ordered the OEM Glass they left me stranded.I dont want anyone going to the same struggle I did just to get one window! I dont even want to give them a star its very unprofessional!!!!! I even called in the morning to see my appointment was still on the said yes that the main reason it got me very upset!

I had a crack in my windshield that was going to be hard to fix, but they fixed it right up and works with my insurance I give him 5 stars.

I called and waited on hold for 20 mins . Never got a response. It’s unfortunate .
