I went to the shop after having my oil and filter change at another location. The other location told me that I needed to get my 200000 mile check up done soon, very soon.My warning lights had been on for some time that service was due in a number of areas. Coincidentally, my trunk open alarm started alarming, an annoyance. I took the car in to Kruse & Lucas as I was going on a trip and I didn’t want my car to fall apart :-). I did mention the trunk sensor alarm but that was not my primary problem I wanted my car to be safe because I had all of the warning lights on that I needed overdue service. Maybe a bit of a miscommunication, as the focus was trying to diagnose and fix the trunk sensor problem. Bottom line, diagnostic was done and my service lights were adjusted. I drove the car a total of 900 miles safely :-). Marcus checked the car and stated no service was needed at the time and was very professional. Thank you.

My wife and I are on the way to LA when my engine light on my E320 Mercedes. So we took it to Krusse/Lucas. Both Marcus and Chris (the Owner) check it right away and find the problem in no time. I ask Chris how much I owe him for his time and effort but he said no charge. Chris is very honest because he wont let you spent money if is not worth it.

I went in for a biannual smog. I believe it was Marcus that was at the service counter. He was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. In and out in about 40 minutes. Very pleased with the service provided.

The man is VERY picky about his cars and who touches them. He brought in a recent out of state purchase to achieve smog and left with a finely tuned machine running much better for a very reasonable price. Great service, an understanding of collectors and specialty vehicles, trustworthy and fair.

I had a laundry list of things I wanted to get done. The biggest problem was I needed a new clutch. All repairs were made except one, and that was because a part on my 2000 Z3M could not be located. It runs and looks great. Although it took some time, I was in no hurry. They were honest and complete with all communications. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Smog check for vehicle registration. They were great, fast and very professional.

We stopped in for the heck of it as we saw some Porsches outside the shop, my kids favorite race team. The folks there spent quite a bit of time showing the kids around the shop and talking about the different cars.Steve, one of the mechanics, was awesome. He really went out of his way to show them a 912 car he was working on and what they were doing. He knows how to talk to kids and keep it fun. Because of Steve, our kids hate two of our cars now! Theyre automatics and Real race cars have 3 pedals, Steve said so. The world needs some more Steves!!Weve visited a handful of times so the kids can see and meet the folks in the business. Theyre really into it, racing and wrenching. Its folks like Steve and the others weve met who inspire the kids and amplify their interest, especially these days when so many kids just want to play video games.Always treated us great here even though I have a Dad Mobile and wasnt really patronizing the business. I didn’t leave a message figuring I would call back later after lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They diagnosed my issue I was having with my BMW I just brought from Stark Auto. They found the boost solenoids the dealership replaced were bad and causing my issues. Aimee was very respectful and gave me all the info I needed to proceed with getting my issue resolved.
