The man was very friendly and helped me right away! They had my sunroof in stock and was done in 1hr or so. Definitely recommend.

So I was curious about the sunroof and moonroofs that I have on my cars and wanted to know if they could fix my sunroof then I had a question about moonroofs. Mind you this happened over the phone and upon answering the call, the man who answered seemed upset about something else already. Had nothing to do with me. So when I proceeded to ask about moon roofs he got angry, yelled at me and I quote said: there are no panoramic sunroof in the after market and hanged up on me. I was so confused but with that I will not be taking my service to modesto auto restyling no matter how good people say they are. Rude is rude and im a customer asking a question. Its not my fault you were upset sir. Get over it.

Was looking to get some reupholstering done in my vehicle, and this place was the first one that popped on google. I thought cool, I’ll go here since they have good reviews. I emailed the gentleman I believed to be the owner a few times about quotes, and I decided it was time to go in to set an appointment.I arrived to the business, and proceeded inside to talk to the gentleman about setting a date. My first initial impression I got was he was very rude, it almost seemed like I was interrupting him or something, even though I called before I came in. He had a very condescending tone and almost seemed like he spoke down to me because I wasn’t getting my leather from him. When I originally spoke to him, he tried to talk me out of getting my leather from cabral (I have a dodge and wanted a dodge logo on the seats, which only dealerships can order that way). He told me one of his customer were quoted $4k for katzkin, which I paid $920 after tax.All in all, it looks like they do good work, but I can’t do business with someone I feel I’m bothering, and feels superior to me. If he conducted himself slightly more professionally and kinder than I would have been happy to work with him. If you check out Yelp you can also see I’m not the first one who got this impression. Maybe in a few years if I have another vehicle needing to be done I’ll see about giving them another try. But for now, I’d suggest checking out some of the other local shops, which were much kinder and professional towards me when I came in.

I picked up my truck today and I am extremely happy with the work they did (sun roof). I’m a very picky person and I was a bit worried of the finished work but they nailed it!!! Excellent and perfect work!! I highly recommend them!! Thank you guys for the awesome work!!
