For truck driver if you are going for pickup u will need 2 load locks or they will not load you.

Not sure exactly when my appointment was because the broker never actually gave me one. I picked up in Winchester Va on a Thursday and delivered Tuesday morning at 630am the following week in Modesto Ca. I had no issues! They sent me to their yard which is before the railroad tracks. Their dock is somewhat tight and you have to u-turn to back up but its manageable. Staff was friendly and I was unloaded within 25 mins. If you are owner op and book your own loads I suggest you find your next load the day before!

People is very nice and respectful, they unload within 20 minutes.

Place has no customer service... I walked in n waited 20 minutes for them to talk to me. They were in the office but didnt even talk to me

Little place for for parking but its ok, very fast unloading!

People are nice at the office but they charge $20 for cardboard to the driver to put them behind the load before securing the load with load locks. An insider told me that they get them for free but office and warehouse managers are making money by ripping off drivers

My appointment was at 2pm came at 7 a.m. They didnt load me. So if youre thinking to get loaded earlier. They will not load you early. (They go by appointment.) (7UP)

Theyre pretty decent about getting to you most of the times but there are times when you can wait an hour and a half two and a half hours to get unloaded
