Disappointed. Wasnt able to speak to a manger for months and months. Was told many time that I would receive a call back, never did. After canceling my account I did not receive a bill, email, or call for many months. To my surprise I received a notice of an outstanding balance?! And that it was going to collections. I payed balance immediately, as usual. Note: I WAS pleased with the company, but it seems their priorities have shifted for the worse.

We moved into an area we thought was safe. Weeks later we discover our neighbors to be very shady and possibly breaking the law. So we needed to feel more secure. A friend of mine suggested Alarmco and said they were a privately owned family business. I dont like the idea of being just a number to a large business like adt and my fiancé has had horrible experience with 1st Security. The technicians from Alarmco were very polite and prompt and had our home secured very quickly. So far I have had great service with these people and no issues with my alarm. It works like a charm and their ladies at the office are very polite. I love this company and love the piece of mind I get from my alarm. I would totally recommend them!
