This company offered the exact same thing but about $200.00 cheaper than the place with half a car other roof.

Took my Tundra to have a Viperr alarm installed and they were super professional, friendly, and went above and beyond the task. Didn’t get a chance to talk to the owner and tell them what a great job they did and how impressed I was. I would definitely recommend!

So yeah I had 2500 for the stereo put in my car and Ive had it back at the shop this will be the 6th time.every time I call him they can never get me in on the weekend even though Ive already paid for it and I always have to take a day off of work to take care of it and then they want to charge me money on the warranty work be very careful about buying anything from them Im still waiting on the owner to call me after I called 3 weeks ago to ask them to have him call me and you still hasnt I would almost rather than take it out and give me my money back because according to the booklets that the amps came with and everything all the wiring is like wrong they have the speaker RCAs inlet the power cords they dont have any ground cables 24 inches away I dont know its just really weird how they did it I feel like I got took advantage of

Had a great experience the second I called to see if they took walk Ins, friendly staff and professional at best. They gave me options with no pressure and made me feel comfortable. They were very busy but still got the job done. Although all staff were very friendly. Arturo “Art” stood out the moment I arrived, definitely and highly recommended this place if you want to get it done right. I will definitely be coming back with my other cars. I have been to this audio shop 3 times to get my subwoofer installed. The reason for the 2 returns is because every time they failed to do the installation wrong such as installing the reverse camera properly tucking wires, reconnecting my battery post and making it ark is the most recent and I am not going back to have them fix anything else. I went in today after purchasing an imobolizer bypass being told they have someone working there that knows about them and can tell me about the device and properly install it. I was able to talk to Jeff in the back doing the installs he is a great guy and was able to tell me what wires to connect and told me to return if it didn’t work I have returned 3 times since I have bought the bypass immobilizer and jeff is not there I am told he works there but I cannot talk to him nor does anyone know anything about the system besides Jeff. They refuse to refer me anywhere or let me get in contact with Jeff. I believe it is extremely disrespectful I have spent a lot of money here getting speakers for my car my dads and brothers and they still can’t do a proper install. They now say upfront at the counter they know nothing about the immobilizer bypass and Jeff is there when he needs him. I asked if they would let me get it installed through audio pros but now they say they don’t do anything with bypass or immobilizer. I cannot see how a company can sell products they know nothing about. GO TO AUDIO OUTLAWS ACROSS THE STREET IMMEDIATELY SOLVED MY PROBLEM AND TOLD ME WHAT I HAD TO DO NO CHARGE AND NO HASSLE. The people of this business at audio pros are extremely disrespectful and rude. I have been waiting to make this post for over a year of deal with there problems thinking they would get better but it is still the same thing.

Husbands Toyota Corolla S audio system went out about a year ago. We went here to replace that system, including Bluetooth, navigation, and audio. They were able to do it within a day for a reasonable price. Husband finally has audio in his car again and navigation back up.

Audio Pros Car Stereo & Security is excellent. Theyve done the tinting on my car along with a complete new audio system and security system. Nothing but greatness from these guys, they do really clean work along with great deals. They also have a great warranty too; I had a small issue with my tinting (not their fault) and they fixed it no questions asked. I recommend these guys to anyone. Dont listen to the fake reviews!

I paid to have a new streo and speakers plus tint .all was fine till tried to use radio then it keep killing my battery replaced it 3 times asked them to change how it was set up so battery wouldnt die they would not change it went back 4 time to have them fix and they refuse to fix the problem they made I will never be customer here ever again .

Was told to show up Saturday morning, I did, first in line, only to be told they couldnt fit me in. After I brought this up they quoted me for $240. I agreed. Then they added $20 on the receipt for taxes, I agreed, and signed the receipt for $260 and giving my info. Then after signing they raised the price again to $300. I addressed the unusual price gouging and they voided the receipt and told me I was trespassing and they were calling the police. Went down the street to Car Audio Depot and they quoted me $240 flat with a smile.

Removed old radio from my 4wd Ranger and installed new radio. Very fast, excellent job, low price, radio works now. The business is on McHenry on a corner lot with easy access. Recommended.

Very unprofessional. I scheduled for audio and tint three days in advance drove an hour to drop off my vehicle with them just for them to turn me away. Due to employees calling in sick not my problem but unfortunately it became my problem. They were taking work but not scheduled work so if you’re planning on getting stuff done don’t go there go across the street

Dont go there they ripped me off i have a classic 57 chevy they burnt two retro radios up has a buzying nosie thru speakers .said my truck was over charging went too nevlle bros as they suggested.he said everything was find they just wanted me gone cause this is a two month issue.they over book you end up waiting too long.im suing for all damages an two stereo decks.

Being of the Golden Age (seniors) we had some trouble learning to utilize many of the functions and made numerous trips to their shop before we understood how to use the features that we had purchased the unit for. Always, Anthony himself would go out to our vehicle or he would send out one of his techs to demonstrate the functions and how to operate the system.A few weeks ago we had a problem with our unit which caused it to need to go back to the manufacturer. Anthony had his tech removed the unit from our vehicle and sent it back to the factory for repair. He made certain that the repair was performed under warranty and when he received it back he had his tech reinstall it. All this outstanding service was performed at no charge! I got upset with the guys at first because they told me my wait was going to be 30 mins. I waited an hour until I had to go see what was up. I thought it was because they didn’t care and because I was just this girl coming in for help. I was upset with them and they gave me a discount which made me feel better. I got home and looked under the hood and looked in the truck at my box..... ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WORK. I feel so bad for rushing or even giving them a slight bit of attitude. Ive been going audio pros for years and ivI never had a problem with them at all, even months after my purchase and installation they have helped me with small problems that was caused by myself at very little or no charge at all. Their salesman are very informative and patience. I have installed many stereos myself but Im getting to old to keep up with new technology and the physical effort that takes to do the work, So I recommend that if you dont have patience and want it done in 5-15 minutes ? Take it somewhere else. No matter who or where you take it to, understanding, patience and attitude plays a big part of your experience from when you first walk in the door to when you leave. I went in to get a subwoofer, amp and window tint. I told them to give me everything I needed to have a good setup. The gentleman that helped me was nice and I feel like he didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. They even threw in what was called a brow for my front window for free. After the install my windshield fluid didnt spray. My car was brand new with only a couple of miles on it so I took it back to where I bought it from and they said they would make an appointment to check it out. In the meantime I Also went back to here and apparently they broke one of the fuses when connecting everything so they fixed it. It was an easy fix and I was on my way. The next day, the amp went out. Apparently the cord that connected the knob went across my E Break and I tore it off when setting my E. Break. At this point I was happy that this place was fixing these issue even though it was taking time out of my days. So I was okay with it. The next couple of weeks everything went ok. Until I started smelling burning, this is when the real issues started coming up. Apparently the coil kept burning out on the woofee so they replaced it a total of 6 times in 3 months. They replaced the whole woofer. They tried saying that it was my fault because I played music from YouTube. I explained that was a false accusation because I dont use YouTube because I have Spotify, satellite radio and Tidal HiFi streaming. Why would I stream off of YouTube? They upgraded me to a kicker woofer because they said the one I purchased was a cheap brand. So I told them that cant be true either because when I set up my stuff I told them to set me up with whatever they thought was good. So how can it be a cheap brand? He didnt have reply to that. So he tried to have me pay the difference for an upgrade but eventually they upgraded me to kicker (on them) I was happy with it by now my box and the woofer are not matching. After a few months the woofer went out again. Keep in mind they have me.on the lowest setting because I cant have to much bass. I went to a different place in Modesto had them tare out what was put and had them set me up again with what they thought was good. I havnt had a problem with this new place. This might be an isolated issue, but it my experience. Nothing against the people here because they where nice enough of to try and help but maybe its the installers? Or the products?

Don’t think it was worth what I’m paying . to make a payment for the stuff they charge you almost 15$ in just payment fees every bill and I’m on time on every bill .. I can see if I was late on my bills they’d have late fees but that’s something they won’t tell you there !! Ask a lot of questions guarantee none of this will be brought up smh

I give this place a one star cus I cant give them negative 5 I took my boat a work truck and my personal truck to get work on and they broke my ignition switch and after arguing with that owner they finally fix it I should of know better never to came back but I gave them that benefit of that doubt so I took my personal truck for some TVs and I whis I could post pics to shows they destroy my driver sit back covers and I cant even play movie ground sound louder then movie and they answer was they all sound like that from time to time ..... at that time I realized I had to have some one else fix it dont want this guys near my cars ever again I should of pay extra and gone to CAR AUDIO DEPOT ....

4 or 5 yrs ago they installed remote door locks & alarm, the unit failed couple days ago and they replaced unit under warranty all I paid was $37.00 .very fair ! And they took care of it quick.Ben

They will damage your car that’s for sure. Take pictures before you take it in because they will not take responsibility for breaking anything.

BEWARE Israel !! I had a alarm and head unit installed and low and behold my Engine Control Module FRIED due to the installer breaking connections as investigated by the dealership who replaced the unit. I was told and was verified that the POOR installation caused the major electrical failure in my car :-( As stated 100s of years ago in the APOCRYPHA (In lost books of the Bible) ECCLESIATICUS 12:10 Never trust thine enemy, for like as iron rusteth, so is his wickedness !Shalom Israel

Bait and switch. Everything in the store can be bought for half their price on the internet or at any of their competitors. They will attempt to charge $129 for a Sirius radio and another $125 for installation. Or $479 for a Kenwood 374 BT that can be bought for $220 on the internet or at any of their competitors. Told me they were putting in the best Kenwood receiver; charged me over $800; and then they put in the cheapest Kenwood they had in the store and left wires hanging down onto the floor from the installation. If you complain about shoddy work, then they will f . . k your car up. I have the receipts to back up my claim and photos.
