The girl who helped my mother and me, Bianca, was absolutely amazing. She was not only friendly but knowledgeable. I ordered an arrangement and fresh fruit, the fruit cup salad thingy was delicious. I recently ordered a Watermelon Kiwi summer tini, card, and balloons and paid around a hundred dollars for my grandmas 70th birthday its been 3 days since I ordered. Ive called over 30 times and left voicemails still no answer until yesterday I was able to get in touch with someone I was told I would receive my order and a call upon the delivery I didnt receive a call nor my order. I would just like my order cancelled, a refund,and a response ASAP

I was somewhat leery about ordering fruit over the internet. You never know if the fruit is going to taste good. I was pleasantly surprise by the picture my friend sent me of the arrangement. At first I didnt think there was enough chocolate but she told me there were, and I quote, loads of chocolate. Then I asked does it taste as good as it looks? In a very short time she answered back with resounding yes!!

I drove 30 minutes to get to the store to actually see what I was going to buy they didnt have the valantines strawberry bouquet on display but the picture and other strawberries they did have on display where decent size. Paid almost $90 including delivery when the bouquet was delivered strawberries were small and was not worth $ it didnt bother me that my husband received them nearly at 9pm on valantines but expected a fuller of and bigger bouquet 🙄 this was my first time buying from edibles never again. I gave two stars because the drive was nice.

The delivery driver bothered me about the exact location of the delivery. Also texted the person I was delivering the item to asking how to get to their apartment. Its a very easy apartment to find sh didnt want to look at the directory. Owner was very rude as well

This was my first time using them. All my co workers and I always got Edible Arrangements from them. So I thought why not I will try them out. My friend who currently has a heart problem is by hers self in this isolation. So I wanted to do something nice and send some Edible Arrangements to her house. I never used this before So I went online and did it myself after placing the order I called them and made sure if they had to have her name I was told no I could just use Bestie The address was incorrect and they NEVER told me I had to have her phone number in there. So when I called to check status they said it was delivered and then asked the women to whom? She then said we call there phone number and I then told her well I wasnt told that so you guys dont have that information. SHE EVEN ADMITTED TO ME THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT! She said well we have (209) *** ****. I said that is my number she said well did you get a call? I said NOPE! I then wanted this to be a surprise so I ended up texting my friend and she said nope nothing. So I called back explained to the lady the address is such and such not what I gave you. Her response well the people signed off on it and you didnt provide a name or number. So then I told her that is why I had called to make sure I was told this was fine. She said she would get back to be and she did her solution was have her go to her neighbors to get it! Can you believe that pretty much $60.00 package wasted. SHE HAS A HEART PROBLEM with this COVID - 19 NOOOOO She cannot! I am very disappointing and I will be telling everyone who works here not to be using them anymore. They obviously dont care about anyone they just want your money. I myself been in a situation like that and I gave them back the refund,

On the off chance that I could give zero stars I would. I submitted a request THREE days ahead of time and the location of the delivery was 10 minutes from them. When the day of delivery arrives, they call me at 4pm (when they are closing) to tell me that my arrangement is unable to be delivered, because they had too many to deliver that day and my delivery didnt make the cut. Im beyond disappointed in the service and will not be using them again.

I placed an order online for the following day delivery. Like other reviewers have stated, there is definitely a delivery issue with this particular store! The website should clearly state delivery time is after 1:00 pm only! I had assumed my delivery would go out mid morning or lunch time ish since I ordered the day before. I called around 11:30 today to find out when it would go out and the rude employee told me they don’t do deliveries until the girl gets there around 12:30!?! So my delivery to Turlock would be after1:00 pm. The recipient leaves work at 1:00, (where it was to be delivered) so I had to give home address instead. Then they apparently attempted 2 deliveries and ended calling my friend to leave the fruit on her porch ( with her permission). My frustration is that the employee on the phone all 3 times was rude and very unprofessional and their delivery times should be listed for this particular store! I’ve ordered from the Lodi store on several occasions and the deliveries were always done before lunch and the people answering the phone were pleasant and professional.I won’t order from here again unless I specifically want a late afternoon delivery!!

Great people wonderful tasty arangements

Ordered a basket but it did not look as full as the picture on line. I request no strawberries which they did but didnt like they tried to make it look fuller. Was not really worth the 39.95 plus tax and 14$ to delivered. The store in stockton always made really full baskets. Wont order from Modesto Store again..

I ordered an arrangement to commemorate a 30 year anniversary, needing to be delivered after the recipient returned home from work. There was a problem with the delivery, and I was very upset. The manager of this location totally turned this experience around from a negative to a positive. She personally handled my problem, and literally delivered on her promise to make me a happy customer.I highly recommend this location!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I had to drive from Atwater to modesto to get arrangements which is far, but it was worth the drive, the fruit was delicious and sweet

I paid almost $200 for 7 products to be delivered and only 2 was delivered. The manager promised to fix it the next day and redeliver all 7. Well see what happens.

Paid 100 dollars for a arrangement to show up to my grandma in California(Im from oregon) and they asked me what time i wanted it there I said 3 bc other wise shell be in church and the lady goes there at 12 wheni know she isnt home I told them that.. I went to call my grandma to see how she likes it and she didnt get anything... pisses me off Ill never order from here again. You guys are a rip off and have terrible/ really uneducated employees/manager. Fix your staff and learn how to run a business.

I decided I wanted to try some chocolate dipped fruit and just stopped in to my local store and ordered a box of mixed bananas and pineapple. I paid cash for the box of chocolate covered fruit, setup a time to pick up a day later and was handed a cash register receipt, no order #, nothing. I went in and picked up my order, came home and put the fruit in the fridge. After lunch I grabbed a chocolate covered banana and pineapple and QUICKLY discovered the bananas were about the consistency of baby food and the pineapple only had 3 little areas about the size of a dime that were hard as a rock.I went back in about 3 days later, mentioned the problem to the sales clerk and asked to buy a jar of the chocolate dip. The sales clerk seemed to care less when I mentioned the problems, but seemed pleased I was buying the jar of chocolate dip. You can be sure I will NEVER order anything again, let ALL my family and friends know NOT to do business with this company and from now on, I will dip my own fruit !!This transaction actually took place about 3 weeks ago and I took my time posting because I wanted to compose myself and make sure I was covering everything.

Thanks edible arrangements. I ordered a box to be delivered to a hospital for a relative that had surgery on th 9th of august. It came to my attention that the patient did not recieve on the 18th (someone at the hospital apparently had stolen it) i spoke to Morgan at the store and they redelivered to Oakdale soooo fast and it looked beautiful. Thanks again

Stephanie is so rude on the phone I wanted to place an order for delivery and she said she had nothing made and no driver to send in my order. Are you guys trying to loose customers by hiring people like that?

I have ordered stuff from them twice and will not be ordering anymore. They have never delivered in a timely manor, or close to the times I have put in the delivery comments. Also they do not answer their phones when I have tried calling numorus times. You would think if you ordered something that is well over 100$ they would get it to your request some what on time.
