The place had a good selection of sporting goods and the lighting of the displays are really precise. The one thing i had a problem with is that nobody greeted me while I was there, but there were employees that were talking to customers but i notice two of them just talking to eachother

Usually have everything you need. I wish they carried better quality shoes though. Seem to only carry the mid to low range of the name brands.

They suck, no professional service, rude, and cashiers have attitudes and they dont answer phone, they act like you need them. I dont think so, Ill spend my money else where, not worth my time.

We walked into the store and no one acknowledged we entered the store. We started looking at shoes for kids and after waiting 10 additional minutes became frustrated as no one acknowledged our presence. We put the shoes down and walked out of the store. We purchased our shoe selections from their competitor.

Went there and I Saw LebroN James there I was like OMG

Went there today and it was probably one of the most inconvenient visit in a store that Ive had in any store in a really long time (and I work in retail too)...Went to go buy a single pair of shorts and it wasnt oeven busy in their store (one person on the register and 3 people not doing hardly anything on the sales floor). There was a long slow moving line and they didnt even pull anyone away from their sales floor AT ALL to help ring people up EVEN THOUGH the sales associates on the floor were were clearly aware of the people standing there waiting in line. Right as I was about to be the next person to be rang up, one of the associates who was standing there decided to get onto behind a a second open register and asked if I wanted to be rang up because it was only a register for card purchases and no cash. After waiting and knowing that everyone was waiting to be rang up she just then finally decided to ring me up after all that time waiting???!!! (30 minutes) you gotta be kidding me right???? Definitely never shopping at champs sports ever again in my life even though they have a lot of exclusive stuff that I really love.....just lost a good customer for life smh
