Very small shop. But they have costumes so Id go here for costume parties or Halloween costumes.

This is THE BEST consignment/thrift store EVER. I will never go anywhere else again. The store is organized and clean and the things they have are nice. They dont fill the store with peoples used garbage. Cant wait to go back!!! Thanks ladies!!!!

Kinda awkward feeling from the staff bringing things in to sell. This was my first time there as a seller. I have bought stuff here before. It became friendlier as the transaction continued. So I will see how it goes. Most of the people there were helpful. Very nice stuff for sale. If I wasnt moving I wouldve bought tons.

I couldnt ask for a better experience that I have when I go there the girls are always so sweet and helpful. Its one of my favorite places.

I have my favorite consignment stores in Modesto and this one certainly makes the list.The owner Kristy is personable and makes customer service a priority.She always greets you when you walk in the store.There Is a large inventory and the items are clean and in good repair. Her cost on items is more than fair. She has new items every week and I seldom see anything twice.Kristy has great name brands that youll see in the higher end stores.Give Second Chance a try, you wont be disappointed.

Really like this shop. Good variety of bargains. Good prices. Friendly employees. BTW a consignment shop is not a thrift store. There is a difference. This is not snooty ritzy. Its a well run shop with good merchandise.. Id recommend it for consigning or shopping.

They have really nice stuff. Some things are a little pricey but not too bad. They have lots of wigs and costumes. Everything is separated by size which is nice. People were friendly.

Inexpensive variety of clothing. Owner is very courteous. I would recommend it to my friends

Great for quick second hand shopping but a lot of the stuff is like new. All womens clothing only. But they do complete costumes, partial costumes, accessories, and lots more. Stop here to complete your Halloween costume!

I can always find something I really like plus a couple extra items from the clearance racks. They have clothes, shoes and small household items as well as costumes.

They have such a wide variety of clothing and rentals. Staff was wonderful in helping make the rental experience a good one. Second time using hem and would recommend to anyone looking for rentals.

I took a few clothes to sell here a while back. The ladies that worked there were very friendly and told me to go back in a few weeks if my items were sold I would get a percentage back if they dont sell they would donate the items to a charity. Well that was a complete lie I went to see if any of my clothing items were sold they said only 2 items were sold gave me money for it. I then asked if I can get the rest of my clothes back so I can donate them to someone in need they told me everything that didnt get sold was already donated. I believed them and decided to look around the store since I never really done it before. While I was looking many of my clothes were there on the displays for them to sell with price tags on them. These old ladies lied to my face and said everything got donated to a charity! They lied and they are keeping the profits of the items people dont sell within there time frame. I cant believe this place. The least they could do is actually donate the items to people in need or let me take my items back so I can do it myself. Never again will I take anything here again. I will take all my clothes to the Salvation Army instead.

Yes they do have some nice things, but consigners beware!!!! over the years I have taken a variety of things to this shop. they usually take most of my stuff, but i have made very little money consigning here. Unlike other consignment shops, no list is made for you when you leave your things, unless you make it yourself, and no receipt is given telling you what has sold. Their books are a binder with binder paper, instead of a spreadsheet. I decided to try one more time, in the interest of supporting a local business. So at the end of June, I took a bunch of clothes and silver jewelry. I have received only a couple of dollars. Over the last couple of months, Ive been told different things by different people, that my jewelry was not put out yet ( last time I called a week ago - then today was told that some of it had already been out for 2 months ), that they have been too busy to post, vacations, that everyone is having crises, that the staff is too small, etc. They seem very disorganized, and I think its too much to expect that your consigners just have to trust that you are doing the right thing with no documentation of what you are selling of theirs. I will be picking my things up and not consigning there again.

The merchandise is a little outdated and the store kinda smells funny. However it doesnt seem overcrowded. The clerk working behind the counter was snooty and rude. You work in a thrift shop girl....get over yourself. Wont be going there again.
