Paid 2k for equipment. John Marlenee took my number. And said he would personally drop off to me. Didn’t for 4 consecutive days. Each was a day where he would text and explain why he couldn’t. Finally on Saturday I went into the store and said I wanted a refund for the money I paid. I was told they could only pay me $800 in cash and had to mail me a check in 2 weeks. My entire payment was in cash a couple days prior. Crazy and unfair you can take large sums of money. But can’t return it when your business and employees don’t deliver. I never received my entertainment system. And haven’t received my money. Was told it may takes weeks for me to receive my reimbursement. You guys are terrible
