I have a barn with three 12 ft H x 16 ft W roll up doors. One was damaged and needed to be replaced. I wanted all three to be motorized. The Barton crew of two came out at about 0930 and worked until the job was completed around 8:30 pm. They had to fabricate several brackets and realign a couple of the doors, but they were knowledgeable and prepared for this. I was very favorably impressed by the job they did.

That door was used to death so I had them install a new door insulated with Windows very nice door. The installer was quick efficient and knowledgeable about their product . Great service! I called Barton Door at 8:30am to schedule an appointment to repair a broken spring. The technician arrived before noon, same day, and the repair was completed by 12:30pm. The tech was professional and focused on his job, but friendly and polite during his service. We’ve used Barton Door before and will call them for our next repair or service work.

My doors look great. The wait was a bit much, but COVID-19 had a lot to do with that. I would have liked more communication during the extended waiting period. Also, when there was a delay I had to call the office to find out. However, the product is great and the professionalism of the installer was ideal.

They called first to confirm the time and Ralph came right on time. He was professional, polite and reviewed the problems. It took like an hour in sweltering 100 degree plus heat wave to fix the problem. Despite the difficult condition working in extreme heat and still wearing a mask, Ralph made sure everything was working well and working smoothly. With in a few seconds of being on the phone with their service department, The young lady knew exactly what product I had them install at my house, and who I was. She was full of knowledge about all the new cool gadgets that come with some openers and explained all the new laws that California has implemented as of last June or July 2019.She was great! Thank you for your honesty and you helping me by get an appointment “asap”The very next day I had a technician at the house. With a phone call about 30 minutes before he arrived. He had ID and insisted he take his shoes off to walk through the house. He was super. He showed me why the old part had most likely broke and he had the garage door open and adjusted in no time.And when you’d think it couldn’t get any better. They were considerably less out of pocket than their competitors. That’s why I give Barton Doors 5 stars for sure.

Went to Barton Overhead Doors for a new garage door motorized opener. The service I received was extrodinary. They were helpful in picking a new opener. I chose a chain drive type. I scheduled an appointment for the beginning of the week. When the technician arrived he got right to the install. An hour later I had a new motorized opener. I had been using another door company in Modesto for 20 years only because they did the original installation when we built the house. The service technicians were ok, but the office staff were difficult at best. So I made the switch to Barton a couple of years ago and what a huge difference in courtesy and response time. Got the job done, nothing more, nothing less. I only wished the repair guy would have been more professional in communicating with me, i.e. he did not even introduce himself, tell me what to expect, and how much it would cost upfront. I had to ask him, otherwise he wouldnt tell me anything. Thats my only complaint.

Absolutely the best from first contact to finished repair. We had called another company first. They quoted a price over the phone to replace one spring. Upon arrival they wanted to double the price to replace both springs. I phoned Barton overhead doors to compare prices while the first company was still here and found out that Barton would replace both springs for almost the price that the other company quoted for one spring.
