Not much of a selection so I was a little disappointed. They have a 2 for $45 deal which is a scamm because all of the bears it applies to are $22 and under so if you were to buy 2 without the deal it would only be $44. They gave it to us for the normal price (no discount) Very nice staff

Great place to take the little ones for an awesome surprise super interactive and fun the all ages. A bit on the pricey side but worth it to see the smile on there face when they receive there new friend.

He had so much fun building a Birthday Treat Bear, we paid his age, it s available for the whole month of their birthday.

They were super nice but the cashier Lupe was not. she rolled her eyes at me while i was looking for my cash as it rang up. she also did not give the birth certificate for the bears. i am very upset with this.

Fun for kids a good experience and they take your number so you can keep shopping and then call you when its your time, no waiting in a line

A place that grandkids love!!

Trying to call many times to find out if they have a certain stuff animal, and some tines they did not answer and other times they hanged out on, very disappointed.

My great niece loves what we bought there. The employees are friendly.

A store that has unique spin. Build a Bear has a experience that much personal then just buying a bear. The staff is so nice and makes the store come alive. I would come back again because stuffing is fun. My kids loved it.

Just bought a Pikachu for my daughter’s birthday. She she’s sixteen and she loved it. We have been shopping at Build a Bear for years since our girls were little. Always a great experience.

Its just a super cool place for the kid in you and/or your kid(s)! I dont like that they overcharge for Every little piece of Anything!! That is a bit much😕😒

I went to GET my bear voice box. It wouldnt play any more . Got a new voice box for my bear. The employees were nice & kind. I had NO problems with them. If U WANT a stuffed animal or animals GET one from there.

The staff was super friendly. Went with a large party for a girl scout troop. They stayed entertained and excited to build their bears the entire time.

I took my daughter to the pay your age event. We were there since 830am waiting to get her a teddy bear and right after 4 hours of standing in line they decided to cut the line. I feel like it was really unfair for all the people who didnt make it specially because we all had been standing for hours trying to get our children a teddy bear.

A nice store to visit with a very helpful and friendly staff, love the step by step making process which makes the kids feel great about having a unique stuffed buddy...
