We have used Howk Systems for many years. This company and its crew are awesome. Very responsive, always competent and friendly. They get there fast and have always been able to complete the repair quickly. Very important when you cant use your bathroom. You wont go wrong calling them in to do your work!

On a Thursday evening after hours I had no Water. I called Howk and Mike answered the call. He problem solved with me, called a Tech for more advice, called me back and walked me through getting the pump to work again until they could come out at 7:30 the next morning. Next Morning James came out promptly. The best customer service I have ever received. I will always use Howk Systems.

I hired Howk Systems to install an irrigation system for 460 pomegranates trees on my property in Ripon. Two weeks after the system was installed, I noticed multiple pomegranate trees were not getting water and many had died. I contacted Howk and spoke with their sales manager Robert. Robert was extremely rude and condescending when I tried to explain the issue. I would never hire this company for any future work. Any company that treats their customers the way I was treated does not deserve any future business in my opinion. STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED.
