Thought i left a review but only the stars went through. (Sorry). Snyder Mini Storage is a very clean and gated storage. Sara the young lady helping me rent my storage had a great personality and very clear on helping me with my storage and training two new young ladies at the same time. So far Ive been pleased. Staff is friendly and the grounds are clean. I checked to be sure my storage unit survived the heavy rains, no leaks😎

Very unsatisfactory the manager was very rude disrespectful, she was unwilling to explain and show proof in contract and when confronted she became irritated and hostile I will be taking my business and storage needs elsewhere and I suggest anybody else considering this establishment take there business elsewhere! !!

All my stuff had spider webs and rat droppings all over it was bad and when I told the lady she did not care total wast all I did was spent money to keep my stuff in there and got it out to throw anything away bad bad bad
