Have been using them for over 4 years. My machine keeps turning off in the night and I informed them of this issue 4 months ago. They FINALLY got back with me 3 weeks ago after numerous called and messages left. I was told I needed a new machine. My doctor has been reaching out to them....NOTHING! I would suggest if you are a Medicare patient to not use them!

The technicians were excellent. the equipment was not so good. It is suppose to refil tanks in 15 mins. Took 12 hours. No communication between answer company and technicians to take care of problemAsked Memorial Medical Center to refer to someone else.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS ***Home Oxygen is an ABSOLUTE SCAM of a business. They have NO comfort nor command of the English language and I believe they use that to confuse and distort their action and intention.They clearly have one goal...BILK THE PATIENT AND THE INSURANCE FOR EVERYTHING THEY CAN GET. Complaints are not enough, CHARGES SHOULD BROUGHT AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

AVOID! This company is corrupt. Although I have Medicare and Medi-Cal and never owed them a dime, they took the credit card number they asked for when I first started with them and without permission stole $1,062.52 from my credit union accounts just days before Christmas, leaving me penniless. Even though they have been paid by United Health because I filed a complaint, they refuse to return the money stolen from me. I am an 80 yo low income senior and this is elder abuse. Use any other durable medical equipment supplier approved by Medicare. They also operate under the name of Marie Ewert. But it is the same very low integrity people who operate it

DON’T even think about using this company. Horrible customer service.No follow up. One hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing.Long phone hold times, then no one available, and hang ups.They will send the wrong supplies, always make up great excuses.Incredibly inefficient. Don’t don’t don’t.

My insurance approved a new style CPAP headgear. Finally received but strap was not included. Called for assistance and was told I am not approved for the strap, only the headgear. Makes no sense. Cannot use without strap. I was told someone will call me back. Five days and still no call back. Very frustrating. They are unprofessional.

Up until recently, this was a good company to deal with. However, as of the first of the year, they changed their policies to payment up front even though they have your insurance on file. Also, they claim to have your insurance information, but they need time to CONFIRM it and get back to your pcp.

Over several weeks had multiple calls that involved little to no progress. The company delivered a unit without the charger and after talking with an employee about the issue in an attempt to acquire a charger the employee shrugged off my issue and said that they were unable to assist me. After poking around to a different part of the business I was able to have my issue resolved. The customer service was lackluster and unprofessional.

I have had a good experience with this company. Recently I have tried to get through to them and when I get to the area that I need I am told that I am number one in the queue but in the background there is the most horrible loud noise So if anyone from the company reads this I really need to order a new water chamber so would you please reach out. Thank-you.

Slight improvement from before with automated call for bi pap supplies but calls to reorder or to add on more items still get voice mail and have to wait for return call. You just cant grow your business with this kind of slow service, been thinking of going to other company for a long time ??I went with another company now after putting up with this company for 4-5 years

If you’re looking to rent anything from this place, I would take your business somewhere else. Even if you aren’t paying for it because your insurance covers it just save yourself the headache. They are incredibly rude and like to leave out key details about what is and is not covered. They made an already difficult time in our life even harder. Especially watch out for April, she was the worst of them all. They don’t want to take accountability for their mistakes either. I will crawl with broken bones before I rent a wheelchair from this place ever again.

Closed for holidays fine closed after hours fine but not open at 1 pm we get an answering service that is rude and a new machine with a bad cell/battery pack! I’ll call the manufacture and hospital for our concerns

Ive been waiting since April for my cpap supplies. Ive called and I do not get a call back. I definitely would not use this company! zero starsUPDATEMy second order is going no better. It has been 33 days for me to find out I must go see my doctor first. My disposable filters are gone, so I am getting sores in my throat. Despite two hours of communication with this company I have been unable to get anywhere. This company does not care about its patients! If you do not have to use them as I do, I recommend you dont as your health is not serious to them. My test showed that I stop breathing an average of 45 times an hour for up to 33 seconds each time. So what does it matter if my masks are worn out and my filters gone. I would like to see one of the people I have dealt with there go through what they have put me through. And make sure that you check on what was billed to you as I was over charged on my first order.

Great service,great product,boy Sutter screwed up my medical doesnt use home oxygen company anymore so I stopped using Sutter,going back to Kaiser,I will gladly pay out of pocket for the supplies from HOC,cant beat great service, thanks HOC,loo look forward to doing business with you in the future

I have such a stressful experience with this company I have been waiting for well over 2 weeks for a Bipap Machine I have congestive heart failure and was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and all I have gotten is the runaround no one in the office seems to know anything I have had to 3 times they cant find me in the system I was told that I would have to wait 2 to 3 weeks pending a doctor prescription and it depends on a good to go note which I did not understand my doctors office faxed this office twice and another medical supply company also faxed over my prescription something needs to happen asap ...very disappointed in this company. After getting machine when I asked for supplies I was told to contact insurance and when I call them there is no listing that I have machine and come to find out its in the owners name and when I talked to her with the insurance company on the phone she had the nerve to call me a thief and I need to send machine back and yes thats what CEO ANDREA EWERT called me. Very rude and disrespectful Unprofessional uncompassionate With no capability to run medical Supply All she did was yell And talk down to a patient That is cause for disciplinary action against this business there was no need for the way this business owner acted A word to the wise do not use this company for anything they will Bill you and then Your insurance company .

Very very poor customer service Nobody ever answers the phone will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours After 3 weeks still waiting for my bipap part
