I have had the pleasure to work with The Little Guys in the past on a number of occasions. I have nothing but good things to say about them. As a home builder, I have worked with a number of different AV contractors. The work they performed worked beautifully on day one and continues to work as originally engineered to this day - 4 years later! They are very knowledgeable good guys!

Ive bought several items from here Golden Ear speakers, Integra receiver, many cables, etc. Im an audiophile since childhood (literally), at 63 now and still never tire of that quest for great audio. the folks here have always been great. And Im thankful to have a Golden Ear dealer nearby!

David, Evie and the crew are very professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help with a question or inquiry. I was more than satisfied on a recent install of an Sony OLED TV that was well-priced and a perfect recommendation for what I was seeking when I came to their store. Very happy with the experience from start to finish and will certainly go back.

I have had several interactions with The Little Guys and all have gone smoothly. Great group with whom to work. When I have issues (rarely) they figure them out or send someone out.

I bought a pair of Klipsch rear surrounds here. The little guys were more than helpful. They knew which speakers would work with what I had right off the bat. Honestly, I bought the speakers 4 years ago, and The Little Guys are the first place that I thought to check 4 years later when I need to replace my front surround speakers. Ill be visiting them this weekend.

Happy to report a VERY GOOD experience with The Little Guys! Nice selection of products on display at their store in Mokena. And the displays give a wonderful sampling of what the new sound system will be like in your home. The installation is very neat and professional, follow up is extraordinary. All around a great experience; very happy!

David is by far the most knowledgeable person in this industry. The quality and service is absolutely the best you can get anywhere. Wouldnt use anyone else.

The Little Guys charges a SUBSTANTIAL amount of BIG $$$$$ to install smart home automation using Control4s products. However, Control4 holds the user HOSTAGE by not allowing changes to be made without contacting the dealer (service charges extra!) OR having the user buy the Composer software from Control4. Worst of all, theres an ANNUAL FEE just so the user can have any sort of remote access to his system. Yes, that includes security camera feeds and remote thermostat access, both of which you are BLOCKED from using remotely unless you pay up!To top it off, the Control4 app is clunky! There are much more COST EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT ways to get a BETTER result than what Control4 can provide. I guess that wouldnt make The Little Guys any money, though!We also had to replace both a TP-LINK POE Switch and a TP-LINK Unmanaged Switch, two business class networking components, that failed due to overheating in the server enclosure that The Little Guys provided.RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY - once The Little Guys has your money, thats it! I cant imagine a worst experience for home automation, unless one doesnt know any better about better competing home automation and security products!

They are very overpriced and I didnt like the solution they provided. They gave me far more than what I needed or asked for then charged me an outrageous price. Not knowing at the time, I paid it but later found out how much they overcharged me. Ill NEVER use them. again.

Definately worth the trip to Mokena, high quality mercandise and service.
