You can buy lots of balloons with different styles different colors, recommend buy one inflate tool to do by yourself and that tool can be reuse many many times, if you can not figure out how to inflate it after reading instructions, YouTube and then follow step by step. Enjoy the fun of preparation is one part of party. At Here, will saving you huge money to hire some company doing for you. After our party, all guests said balloons amazing beautiful and asked us how to prepare. Go to party city, Highly recommend ! Also, you can find beautiful one time use wine glass, dishes…. Despite an awful Karen who wouldnt stop screaming karri, Kelly, and Loretta handled the situation like pros! After the Karen left, all three of them were extremely kind and helpful to me and everyone else. I am so sorry these amazing ladies are treated like this by certain members of society because they honestly deserve the world! Party city is lucky to have these amazing and dedicated women working for them. I defiantly plan on coming back and I look forward too seeing them again.

Customer service was a little rocky. Lady at the front counter was a bit rude when we picked up our order and made a smart remark stating we didnt have it yesterday, what makes you think we have it today?. Its not what you say its how you say it and she was rude. I could have went there with her, but I chose the high rode this time.

Place was shopped over and not picked up, and many items on the floor. Not nearly a selection of costumes like in the past. Found it disappointing for Halloween this year😪 No staff to answer questions, just cashiers to ring you out.

Poorly stocked. Store not very clean. Long lines and no available ordering of balloons upon entering unless you pre ordered. There was a 3 hour wait for walk in ordering of balloons. I wouldnt go there again.

My mom forgot to order our balloons blown up and the lady who was helping me, Kelly was an absolute saint and blew them up for me free of charge because of all the headache. Unbelievable service

Today, I placed an order for a 5:30pm pick up at the Mokena location. At 4:18pm, I received a text message that said “Your Party City order is ready for pick up.” When I arrived, I followed the instructions and called the number to alert staff that I arrived. Melissa answered the phone and was rude and short with me. She told me my order wasn’t ready because I selected 5:30pm as my pick-up time. I told her I received a text message telling me my order was ready and that was the only reason I came early. She proceeded to cut me off and tell me that someone would bring it out to me. Her rude behavior was very upsetting so I decided to come inside in hopes of explaining in person. She was only slightly better and said, “I apologize if I was rude”. I told her she was and someone else took care of me. I understand sometimes we have bad days, however, I am a paying customer and deserve to be treated with the same respect I give. Melissa’s behavior was unacceptable. Thankfully the other employees that helped me had much better attitudes and I was able to get my order and leave. Perhaps, Party City should consider adjusting the text message that comes through as it is very misleading.

I rarely come to this location anymore due to my previous experiences. There are a couple of nice and pleasant customer associates. However, the remainder are in the wrong profession. My last visit there was a pushy annoying female, that approached me and several other people. Her approach was in an aggressive manner, and truly was not helpful.

They told my wife to pick up balloons at 1pm next day saturday, im there 2:14 they say its 3pm, says on the receipt, so I came back 3:15pm clerk said its not ready, wait another 30 minutes. Such a hassle, especially that everyone orders balloons for their party means customers are busy that day, figure it out Party City.. hire a person to fill up balloons overnight if you are backed up.

Celebrating during a pandemic can be tough in many ways. Being able to find the right decor is too. This Party City fulfilled everything that I needed to make sure my grad received an at-home celebration for the books! I ordered everything online, chose a pick up time, and the items were ready as soon as I walked in the door! Everyone was so polite and helpful. This Party City is my new destination for all of my party and costume gear. Their service makes the drive here worthwhile.

The wait time is RIDICULOUS!!! I’ve been in line over 20 minutes and one lady odd ringing while the other one blew up a few balloons at a time. Very poorly managed.

Even though online showed a costume available...it was not. My son was devastated and ended go going to amazon for his costume. They really need a more real time stock status.

I called ahead for gender reveal confetti cannons. They were one of the only stores in the area that had at least one of each! The worker was kind enough to set one of each aside for me because I couldnt get there until after work. We brought our envelope in and the workers were so excited, kind, and considerate. They opened the envelope all the way on the other side of the store so there was no chance of us overhearing or seeing the answer. They scanned the cannon we needed on another register to make sure the gender did not pop up on the receipt/screen, and they checked the entire cannon to make sure it did not say which one was on there. They thought of everything! I would definitely recommend going to this party city for your gender reveal needs. Their excitement and kindness was exactly the experience I wanted. Plus the confetti cannon was AMAZING! So much confetti came out and it was perfect.

Nice store there is a lot to look at. I couldnt find what I was looking for so I asked an employee, she led me to it right away. She was very nice and helpful.

Went here yesterday at 4pm to have balloons inflated for a staff party my school is having today. They got the balloons done quick, bagged, and I was out the door by 4:30. By 8:30 the same night my balloons were on the floor already losing their helium. I checked all 18 balloons for any leaks and nothing. I am beyond disappointed that not only is it expensive as ever to inflate balloons but the quality of the helium is pathetic.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I don’t usually review service but this was ridiculous. I waited 25 minutes just to be able to place the order. Told the clerk I would be back in 15 minutes so I could run an errand and make the most of my time. I was actually gone about 25 so figured the order would be ready. No dice. Came back and they had stopped working on my order to handle a different one. The manager tried to tell me the other order was supposed to be ready two hours earlier. Like that makes it better? 🙄. Bottom line here is that the service is AWFUL and you shouldn’t waste your time. 90 minutes to get 16 flipping balloons. RIDICULOUS. Find a different store.

I arrived at 10am today to have balloons blown up for my sons birthday party. The lady at the door had a bad attitude telling me they dont blow up balloons from Amazon due to covid! Questioning her further, she couldnt tell me where Party City gets all of their balloons or how she knows that those packing balloons for them havent been exposed. Whats worse is I had balloons blown up at another party city the week before. The balloons came from Amazon! I would not recommend this location for anything.

Anything you need for a great party or event

I waited in line for an extremely long time While one employee was trying to help an undecided customer. Finally the young gentleman was logged on by an employee who did not even acknowledge me, and logged him on from still kneeling on the floor. The young man was kind enough to thank me for my patience as I left the store.

Very helpful young woman assisted me in my search for balloons & favors for my grandsons birthday party. She couldnt have been sweeter! Employees like her make customers want to come back often.

It was my first time shopping here and I was almost overwhelmed with how much stuff is sold there. I walked in there expecting that I was going to have to overpay for the items I needed as this is a specialty store. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices on most things I looked at. There was a wide variety of, what felt like, everything. If not for a, how do I say this nicely, complicated customer ahead of me I would have been in and out with ease and quickness and that was just a few days before the Halloween party weekend. I will definitely be going back to this store next time I have the need.

How does the store selling balloons have no helium?Could not buy balloons because the 12-year-old looking girl at the counter said they were short on helium.How does a place with 15,000 balloons on display not have enough helium to fill walk in orders?

It was very busy and they only had one person checking people out. Cashier was very nice but seemed newer. I asked her if their was anyone to call up to the front and help her and she just laughed. I took that as a no.

This place never seems to have enough staff in the store. The lines are always looking and if you need balloons bring a magazine. Their prices are also high. The only saving grace they have is they carry things that are tough to find elsewhere.
