After shopping at Home Depot and Menards and feeling frustrated with the reviews on different kitchen faucets, today I went into this store. They have fantastic products with a good range of price points. Walked out with confidence in my purchase and was served very well! I cant remember the womans name who helped me but she was kind and very knowledgeable. Cant give a better review than this. Highly recommend them!

My husband and I stopped in after being referred by our countertop salesman. We like shopping local so we went to check it out. We were looking for a specific sink and we are pretty easy going people so it should have been a quick trip. The woman working with us was very cold and on the snarky/condescending side. Almost as if we were bothering her. When she gave us the price on the sink we were looking for, I had asked if there was price matching available because I can get the same sink from another retailer for $200 less. She said she couldnt match the price. She then started talking about all the accessories in the same condescending way. Eventually, I decided to let her know we are going to purchase the sink elsewhere to save some money and she told us Good luck getting it in one piece in a super snarky tone. I dont know if she thought that was going to make me sit back down and let her have the sale, but we promptly got up and left.

Great products - TERRIBLE Customer Service. You can feel the poor attitudes - after the order is placed (of course). It must be part of their training to not call back and respond to questions. Do not expect the sales person nor the Manager to be your advocate for backordered items. They will not try to better the pick up dates and again, they will NEVER pick up the phone to tell you the status of the order. Sales is very nebulous on delivery dates, as well. For example, mid-next week turns into 2 weeks later (only if YOU call). I rated 2 stars because of the product line they carry and would rate them ZERO stars for Customer Service.

Trying to reach these guys for some time, they never pick up, phone message does not give their office hours, and their voice mailbox is full, so you cant even request a callback... maybe theyll see THIS and get back to me?
