WOW, what great service and care! We had need for floor tile in a timely manner and a local Carpet Shop didnt have a clue how to help us, while our Sales Rep was on vacation.Having to quickly . the process, I went to the manufacturer website, and Carpet Time was listed. I read the already stellar reviews and placed my call. JIM FOX answered and within 15 mins I had my quote,(matching the price we had been quoted elsewhere (still their price was very competitive...most important he figure out the way to get it us within our now tight time frame. In fact, he actually delivered it himself on a Saturday to assure we had the product of our private installer.Wonderful personality, and persistent Customer caring, and all done OVER the phone . Jim, thank you for stepping up when our other Vendor couldnt do the elementary work of taking care of us in the most simple way,....Thoughtful, Professional, Personable, and outstanding pricing, and Customer Service.Before you just randomly go to a BIGBOX, or that place where you bought carpet etc. 10 years ago...check our Carpet Time, family owned since the early 70s, when Jims Grandparents started servicing the South Area and beyond! Can’t say enough about Ron and his installers at Carpet Time! From start to finish a top notch operation. Ron is a low key but informative salesman. No used car like sales tactics here. If you want a quality floor installation at reasonable prices then Carpet Time is the place to go. We are very satisfied customers!

I highly recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS with Carpet Time. At first we were very happy with our purchase. We had to make a claim on our carpet less than 1.5 years after it was installed. It has been nothing but down hill since. If you like to be lied to, not replied to this is a great place to spend your money. I am only writing this review because once again I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a reply from Ron our sales rep, even calling twice today and no response.In sum, if you like to feel like you are lied to, if you like to not receive any official paperwork/quotes, if you like to chase people down who take 2 weeks to get back to you, or even take 1-2 weeks to provide a quote, Carpet Time is your place.Per Carpet Time we are owed a $4100 credit from Shaw Flooring. I have it written in an email several times from Ron our sale rep. However, Carpet Time now states that their Shaw Flooring rep is not replying to their emails to use the credit. When I call Shaw Flooring they have no record of any conversations or credits with Carpet Time for our account. I have requested multiple times from Ron at Carpet Time documentation from Shaw Flooring that this credit is owed. He is unable to provide one ounce of written evidence of the credit he promised. I guess it explains why Ron from Carpet Time will not return calls or emails for over two weeks and I have physically go in, in person to try to talk to someone. They also will not let me speak to the owner, manager or anybody other than who sold me the carpet.What looks like may be going on, is they promised a fake credit and then jacked up the price of a new quote to make up the difference. We have gotten other quotes from local flooring companies and they are several thousand less.Do not go there, there may be other local non-big box stores you can work with. I have been more than patient for 1 1/2 years worth of headaches.

Truly a wonderful experience from the start! Jim was excellent and helped me with selection and pricing. The installation was flawless, on time, efficient and neat. You really dont need to shop around, Carpet Time has it all!!

Recently had whole house carpeted. Beginning to end the best experience experience. Large selection, Jim was knowledgeable and helpful.Installers on time and did an excellent install, cleanup, etc. Could not be happier. Recommend highly!
