Despite being an avid reader, Im aware theres nothing freshly baked in facilities such as this. Im OKAY with it. Ive never set foot inside the facility, I usually order online and do a delivery or curbside. Today I decided to venture inside. Yes this was a virgin experience for me. I inquired as to the availability of items and was told what I could pickup today. I asked about snickerdoodle cookies and was asked about the quantity. I advised 12 and was told she had just finished baking them and was pulling them out of the oven. To my dismay I was completely thrown off guard. Loss the sense of smell and taste in a brain injury 1/11/20, however I felt no heat and asked my daughter do you smell anything lol. I asked my daughter to check the box for warmth lol. Of course she could careless about the principal. Please dont lie to get business from me, I WAS OBVIOUSLY THERE WITH THE INTENTION TO BUY NOT STEAL!Update after owner response:I attempted to do the inquiry as requested however, with no order number it is impossible. Needles to say the screen states it is not necessary. Again I request nothing in return just honesty.

Used a few times for special occasions for my wife and daughters the chocolate covered fruit is such a a huge hit!!

Their products are always fresh and delicious. Great customer service too! Will definitely order from this location again.

Ordered from the Mokena shop, it was quick, easy and the arrangement arrived on time and was awesome 👌.

I am very disappointed with an order I picked up today. I ordered the white chocolate/lemon covered strawberries and they were small and going bad. Each one I bit into was soggy and sour instead of the large, fresh, strawberries Ive gotten from another location. There was very little graham cracker sprinkled on as well.. Just poorly done overall. $40 wasted. If you wouldnt eat it, dont sell it!UPDATE: I am updating my review due to the quick response, sincere apology and replacement from the store manager. I truly appreciate a company that is attentive to their customers.

My wife and I ordered a platter of cookies and chocolate covered strawberries for Fathers Day. We were debating whether to have it delivered or pick up but chose to pick it up and deliver the platter in person. The platter was ready at the time promised which was great. As we were driving and got about 4 miles away, my wife decided to compare the platter we picked up to the picture online and noticed that there were a dozen cookies missing. I called the store and told them what happened which they apologized and said we could come back and get the other dozen cookies. I turned around and drove the 4 miles back to the store and was given a box containing the missing cookies and again an apology was given. We delivered the platter and I couldnt help but wonder if we chose to have the platter delivered then the missing cookies wouldnt have been discovered and the store would have really made out. I further noticed that the strawberries werent the freshest. The green leaves on the strawberries were already wilted. It would seem that the quantities would be checked before allowing their products to leave their store especially for what we paid for the tray.

We have never been disappointed with the arrangements that we have received or sent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I ordered box of 12 chocolate dipped fruit very disappointed i dont think they make fresh I can tell they make fruit much early and keep refrigerated to long.I expected much more for spending 40$ on 12 pc. Fruit .

I placed my order at roughly 4:15pm. I received a phone call at about 4:30 in which they stated although they were supposed to accept deliveries until 5:00pm, their driver was done for the day!?!?! I then placed a differnet order with the Frankfort location only for them to say they werent coming towards Matteson until the next day. Even though same day delivery showed as available. Its safe to say I will never use Edible Arrangements again
