I stopped in after a long day at work today to find a couple pair of black scrubs and the lady that helped me was so nice and accommodating she even went through the inventory that had just came in that wasn’t unboxed yet to check for my size and also offered to order my size for me. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but it’s was nice to see a store with excellent customer service. Thank you for being so nice and helpful.

Went to the new store on Southwest Highway and bought my favorite pair of scrubs, when I got home I had thrown the receipt in the pockets of my current scrubs I wore to work and washed them, I called the store and spoke to Matt and told him everything and he says no problem we can print you a new one blown away I am about to hang up and he asks me what ones did you need to exchange and I told him I just needed to go up one size and so he pulled them for me from the racks so I didnt have to go searching. Thank you La Bella Uniforms for making my night even better :)

I ran to the store after finding out I was starting at my job earlier than I thought. The manager was very accommodating and embroidered my scrub top right away so that I could have it for work the next morning. He was very nice and quickly turned around my stressful day. Great service!!!

The cashier thats always there is absolutely the nicest person. She engages the customer and is very helpful when looking for scrubs. If it isnt in stock, shell get it for you. If they dont carry it, she will find it. Overall shes very knowledgeable. Shes very personable; her customer service goes above and beyond. I wish I knew her name! I like buying my scrubs there for the service, and they have it.

La Bellas Mokena store is in between my work and home so a very convenient location. Theyre always very helpful with anything I need, my size and color of scrubs are almost always in stock or theyre able to order quickly, and they have embroidery services on site!

It wasnt a bad experience, had a decent range of sized and brands. Both for for women and unisex fits as well. Little more expensive than expected.

Took my sweater to be embroidered to fit the requirements for work. I even put tape where I wanted the logo placed. When I went to pick it up, not only was the logo twice the size of the original, it was not on the arm but on the front. When I explained that it was wrong, the reply I received was, Well at least its even with the other side (my name was on the other side). To make it worse, the tape was still on the sleeve where the logo was supposed to go. When I got home, I began thinking about it and wrote an email asking for my money back. Not only did my sweater not meet company stipulations, it really looked bad. I never did receive a reply of any kind. I will have to find someone else next time.

Great customer service. As a plus size woman its sometimes hard to find comfortable, well fitting scrubs. This place has the best stretchy, comfortable scrubs. I love the material and I dont mind paying a little more for it.

La Bella always has exactly what I’m looking for when it comes to scrubs. The associates are very kind and helpful in assisting me whether it is ordering, trying scrubs on, or even with engraving. I came into the store not knowing what I was looking for and rather felt intimidated, however Abby and Susan where so helpful. I wasnt even in the door yet and I was greeted as if I queen. I cannot begin to tell explain how helpful and professional these sweet ladies were. In fact I enough talking with them so much that I even asked if they were hiring. You have a wonderful staff who was so helpful but not pushy. You should be extremely proud of your staff here. I thank you so much and I thank Abby and Susan for their assistance.

I came here per a Uniform order for a Health Center. However, Bill was very rude and showed no interest in helping. Also, he was very impatient when it came to helping me as I observed he helped two other customers a different race/color than I with patience moreover he didnt hesitate in showing those customers items/sizes as he did with me. Also, his body language spoke for himself as he would put his phone down with frustration helping me and inclusively leaving to the back without excusing himself as I stood there 2-3x. I in fact felt racially profiled and uncomfortable as I was in there. I will definitely not place any orders thru-ought them in the future. Racism in any form is offensive everyone deserves to be treated with dignity or respect no matter the skin color or ethnicity there is no excuse in a business. I really hope no one else experiences this in the future.

Love this place!!! Great selection, they had just what we needed. The Lux fabrics are wonderful. Fantastic service, head on in there and they will take care of whatever you need, they will even come into your office and do a fitting for everyone. Not to mention the in house embroidery.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the brands and types of scrubs they carry. I came in last week to get some scrubs for my new job and I was in and out in half an hour which includes trying on multiple sets of scrubs. The woman working (I believe her name was also Sarah!) was super attentive and didnt mind grabbing new scrubs when I needed to switch sizes a few times. They may not have exactly what you need in stock but they order it for you! They have a nice rewards system now as well. Their store is clean, well organized, and I always look forward to shopping here.

La Bella Uniforms is the best! I came into the store with a list of very specific styles that were allowed at my workplace, and the associate showed me exactly what they had in store. The prices are great - better than the prices for the online vendor that my workplace recommended. And of course you cant beat that Will county sales tax rate. I also had a great experience ordering a some pieces online and exchanging a couple items in the store that didnt fit as expected. My special orders were shipped well within the estimated time frame! I look forward to coming back to La Bella for my future scrub needs and recommending it to my friends and family!

Had the worse experience with the service here. Brought in two lab coats to get embroidered. Names on BOTH coats were incorrect and logo was not positioned properly. “Matt” wanted to argue, but I didn’t have the time or energy to entertain the ignorance. Although I was refunded for embroidery, I am left with the cost of two embarrassing lab coats that they ruined and didn’t get reimbursed for. I could appreciate a company that is accountable for their actions, but taking money is more important than honest work for them. The customer/embroidery service is lacking and reflects incompetence. Please do your research before coming here as I missed a previous review who had the same issue. Would NEVER recommend!

Poor service. I called sometime during the beginning of the month regarding uniform I was forced to purchase up front for a program at Moraine. This program began August 20th and I still have not received the uniform nor has the manager returned my phone call like promised. Now I’m forced to drive an hour to their store to take care of the situation. Horrible service!

Horrible service!! My sister went in there and bought me scrubs and spent over $200 for my birthday and When I went back to exchange them for a smaller size they wouldn’t even let me!! I would never go back and shop there nor will I ever refer anybody to go and shop there either! This place was a waste of time and money!!

Found myself away from home on an extended work stint for a friend, in need of additional uniform pieces. Having not officially worked in a caregiving setting in some time, I was a little overwhelmed by todays choices, and had no idea where to start. Called up to La Bella, and spoke to Susan on the phone. She was so friendly and helpful, I had no idea she was the manager until later on! Very hands on, had me come in and meet with Abby, who was just as friendly and extremely patient with me. She gave me suggestions, and talked me through all my options. Definitely did not feel pressure to buy the spendiest items, but I felt I was properly equipped for comfort and performance. Referred several of my coworkers over to this place. So happy with every one of my purchases!
