Awesome shop. Awesome people. Extremely fair prices. Even when asked about additional maintenance I had been looking into they were honest and direct and advised they didnt want to sell me services they didnt think I needed at the time. Will definitely be coming back again. Thanks guys!

Stood behind there service... after a very noticeable balance issue at 70 mph leaving the shop after obtaining tires alignment and routine rear diff maintenance took it back in next day they cleaned the tires better(darn country dirt) and rebalanced em all now its very little to none. Maybe I should give my truck more baths but maybe they shouldnt tell people first thing on a return visit dont drive 70 and be a wiseass 🤔 I would return but just beware know your s**** and be careful of attitude

I got a price to fix my loud exhaust in Rock Island and was quoted over $1,000 for a new muffler,pipes etc,I called Bi-State because a review said they were honest and fair. Glad I did . They are HONEST!! Hard to find that in business today. Turns out I just needed a spring flange assembly kit $210.87 with labor..HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me.

The service is great and fast. I took my car in to get break rotors and pads done, and it was all done under two hours for a very reasonable price, they even fixed a small issue with the trunk opening system and didnt charge me for it. I will definitely be back and recommend for car repairs and maintenance

I had a muffler that was pretty bad, needed fixed a long time ago. Anyways I went asked for an estimated was a very good price and they went and changed it right then and there when I gave them the go ahead. Very nice I highly recommend them.

Ive gone there for quit awhile. I get oil changes on a regular schedule. Ive had exhaust work too. They were honest and only replaced a short cable instead of selling me a new battery. Thats why l go back. They have taken courses in repair work .

Service can be hit or miss, but Vic will take care of you if you ask him to work on your car. We like coming here because its convenient. Weve had brakes, exhaust, and oil changes done without issue so far. One time they even went out of their way to fix a flat tire we had while getting serviced for something else. Its not easy finding mechanics you can trust, but so far weve had good experiences here.EDIT 2019: Our trusted mechanic, Vic, left for another establishment. I still believe these guys will treat you right, but Im a little unsure now about their skill.

My truck stalled out going up a hill. It was a fuel issue. They tried to sell me $1000 worth of breaks and told me the motor was fine. Under old management, Bruce, they were a great place to go. Now it seems very crooked to me. I’ll never go back

They crafted a complete custom exhaust system for my 49 Chevy pickup. Beautiful!

My daughter is away at school. She got a flat tire and went to a big name service center. they told her the tire could not be repaired and she needed to buy 2 new tires. Disappointed, she left and stopped at Bi-State on the way home. They looked at the tire and said it could be fixed. they took care of it at right on the spot and did not try and sell a college kid into new tires. Many thanks for great service!!!!!!!

I was traveling to visit family and ran over debris in the road and knocked something loose under my car. I called Bi-state Auto and was able to bring my car in that day. They looked at it right away and reattached the loose part for no charge! I can’t say enough good things about this place and the kind staff!!

The gentleman in charge lacks customer service skills. Came off as extremely rude and uninterested. The rest of the staff was very helpful and the quality of job was decent. I would not return here due to the rudeness of the manager. Next time Im going to midas...

The whole entire staff there is rude and has no sense of how to deal with a customer and the issues they are brought and instead make up excuses on why they cant fix a simple exhaust leak or tell the customer they dont want them coming back complaining if the work they have done to it dont stay. How is that good customer service?
