They work personally to help their customers, especially noticed in this time of all of our local businesses trying to survive.

This place needs better communication between its staff, with customers, and more accurate records. I called right before I left the house and they claimed they had the part I was looking for. 15 minutes later I show up to find only 1 car in the appropriate year range/body style available, missing the part I needed. All the rest were crushed days or weeks ago. If youre looking to have your time wasted, Bridgeway will take care of you.

Customer service is wonderful. Its a junkyard so dont expect a nice holiday inn experience. But the phone service, and the personal one on one customer service is excellent. They tell me right where things are, and sometimes they drive me back to where I need to go. The prices are probably the best. I think friendly, customer service, should be a perfect 10 wherever you go. Its nice to go somewhere where they want to help, instead of feeling like youre bothering them

We used Bridgeway Towing after breaking down on I74 in our classic convertible April 17th. We called after regular business hours and the phone was answered right away. The driver was there within 20 minutes and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He drove very carefully took extra care securing the car on the dolly after getting the car off the interstate. The driver also went the extra mile getting the car backed down our steep and narrow driveway. The price was less than what the insurance company quoted us as the going rate. If we are ever in need of another tow, Bridgeway Towing will be the one we call.

Well used to be OK, one of the workers said our tailight was out, so we looked at it and forgot a part in the truck, went to get a pop and the guy at the desk accused us of stealing, we were going to bring it back to pay. I hate being accused of stealing. Dont recomend, at least ask nicely before cusing and screaming.were a couple of farm kids, were not that intimidating.
