Awesome place I bought all my daughter decorations for a awesome jungle theme baby shower

Went there looking for baby shower decorations and was highly disappointed. All they had was a 4 foot section. The majority of the store was dedicated to Halloween. I get the its the season, but there are other events as well. We left with nothing and ended up ordering from Amazon.

Thank you, Keith, for being such a great help with the balloons, we really really appreciate it! I’m always impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff are at Party City. However, I wish these stores (both QC Party City locations had next to no gift bows) would carry more gift bows, not much to choose from at all and would have liked to get ALL party related items in one stop. Otherwise, Party City never fails to disappoint in regards to all other party supply needs:)

Lots of inventory, the prices are reasonable (not super cheap, but not overpriced either). Had to go look for help at the front counter and the man that I caught to ask a question, did not seem to be very pleased with my asking him about some products. But, I found what I wanted and thats about the best I can hope for at some stores.

Party City is my favorite place to be!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just want to say that Party City does NOT control when they get helium! Please dont yell at the friendly workers that are just trying to do their job!

Ive shopped for many different reasons here, weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, and holloween. My biggest complaint is missing pieces to the costume. Once I brought it back the next day and they gave me another missing something. So please examine costumes before purchasing. Otherwise they are friendly, have a wide selection of all kinds of things, and is usually a good shopping experience.

They have a huge selection of costumes, but CHECK them! The picture on the bag can be SO misleading as to whats actually in the bag as far as quality. Old fashioned Pennywise, the bag front looked awesome, the mask inside was a total joke :( Thats false advertising folks...On the plus side, if you want that perfect accessory for a costume, they have LOTS

Been here 3 times in the last year. Store is consistently untidy. Staff is always busy at the front counter and the lines are long, but they always have what I need...plus some.

Everything is over priced. The staff is like walking vampires not friendly at all. I asked if I could use an expired coupon and was given the stare of death followed by a NOPE!. Most places let you use expired coupons. I dont think I will be shopping here any more.

Party City is nice I go there for the $1 cards any kind of cards Christmas, birthdays, Easter, Valentines and also party plates and streamers and masks all kinds of stuff.

Went looking for a costume for my son. The associates were very helpful and my son is very happy.

Twice in 6 months I have wanted balloons. Both times I was told they were out of helium. Party decorations is your business--not acceptable. Will not be returning.

Merchandise at Party City is way more expensive than getting your party supplies at Wal-Mart or the dollar store, however, what I do like about party city is the selection. My daughter wanted a very specific movie theme for her party and they were literally the only brick and mortar store I could go to and just pick stuff up for that. So thank you! Also, for Halloween costumes they really are decently priced and just ordering online is so much easier than trying to piece together a costume for my kid that may change their mind several times anyway lol.

Moline. They were waiting for a shipment so they could get shelves stocked again. Missed 2 shipments coming in because of our snow storms.
