I would have normally given a five star as I love Sally Beauty and usually the staff is amazing! I went in last night to heat my hair color, the same one I have been using for months now and it has been working very well for me. I was stopped by a sales associate who also had colorful hair. She asked me what I was looking for I told her In use the ion brand and began to grab my blue she insists that I try this other brand Arctic Fox. We have a buy one get one deal and It would not only save you money but it is a great producuct. So I begin to ask her about the results and if it works as well as the ion because it has been so successful for me and my hair doesnt take well. She assured me I would see much better results this product was safer for my hair blah blah blah. So I go with it and give it a try. Then she follows me trying to get me to buy all this other stiff that I already have because I regularly color my hair. I know she is in sales it is her job, I even said that to her and told her I was in sales too so I knee her game. Anyways my hair did NOT tier out anywhere near as good as the ion! So instead of her caring about her customers she was just trying to up sell me on everything. Yes it saved me money but her concern wasnt what was right for me it was her getting that sale!

The people there dont seem to know what there doing.I was in there 5 months ago needing help with bleaching my hair.I was given the wrong stuff twice.Im new to bleaching so I dont know much about it.My hair never got light enough even after bleaching 3 and now 4 times in 5 months.Maybe I just need to leave the bleaching to the professionals because the people in Sallys are no help.My hair also turned green trying to dye it dark blue.I recently bleached it again after waiting 3 to 4 months and now have a tinge of purple in it from the bleach

They have always been there for me and made good selects for what to use.

I visited this place 2 times. And for emergency only. The are extremely over priced and lack quality. The product that are worth buying can be bout else where for less money. They say they price match but fail to do so when shown lower costs. The professional discount is a joke. Cosmoprof or order online. Unless like me you had an emergency
