Im on the Iowa side, but I enjoy going to this one as much as the North Park Mall. Sometime more so because there are less people. I keep telling everyone B&BW is the only store keeping Southpark open. Its a ghost town. But great reason to go with usually pleasant staff.

Love this store for the variety of scents! Always great sales. Happy for the staffs effort ensuring masks and social distancing. Still my fave place for fragrance and toiletries!

I want to start out by relaying that I hate shopping, but I had an amazing shopping experience today. The employees are incredibly nice and helpful. I was shopping for a family friend who needed Christmas gifts for her family and she had her heart set on gifting the 3 wick candles that are on sale this weekend. Since her husband is Covid positive, she is self-quarantined and was unable to get out of the house for fear of exposing other shoppers. I was going to skip the mall and order online, but when I checked the website during lunch, the candles were out of stock online. I headed to the mall in the early afternoon and the line was daunting, but the line was moving quickly. The employees were previewing sale items which made the shopping experience so much easier once I was inside the store. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. Check-out was quick and focussed on providing a positive customer service shopping experience. JOB WELL DONE!

Stopped in there on 12/20/20 to purchase a few gifts. The business is very serious about their COVID precautions, requiring customers to use hand sanitizers as they enter the store, and everybody must maintain minimum 6 distance. The staff were helpful and professional.

Good social distancing. Checking out was a hassle. The clerk asks you in line whether you are paying with a card or cash. I replied cash. I had to wait and let two others paying w a card go ahead of me. That sucked!

My Aunt went here to buy Christmas gifts for all of us and was met by a very rude manager! Yes, I get here is a limit but she didnt know she was only trying to buy gifts from herself and my other Aunt who has Covid and cant leave her home. Come on Bath and Body!! You have lost me as a customer...I can buy my lotion and soap from Target where everyone is nice.

The line was really long, but it seemed to go quickly. I got everything I wanted. They were restocking while I was there. Thanks.

They still have some very helpful employees there, but not as wide a selection of hand sanitizers as they used to. [Wider variety online.]

They definitely will take your money, it was a buy 3 get 3 free and for some reason after we told them we were getting the sale they still rung us up separate and then “returned” my money but they definitely didn’t return my money. Will never come here again. Plus poor selection

The great majority of the stuff in here I do not need. no one can tell you how the stuff is priced. If you buy one you get two free or if you buy two you get five free or to buy three to get one free. God only knows how to pricing works. Plus, they come out and spray the stuff around in the common area outside of their store. And the smell is some of this stuff is about enough to make one ill. If you need something in there get it and get out. And if you figure out the pricing, let me know.

Awful place. Store rep began screaming at my mother in law for no decent reason. Avoid this store at all costs.

I dont know whats not to love here?! Theyve expanded so much on products. Their candles are my total favorite. And every time Ive been there, which has been numerous times, theres ALWAYS someone asking if I need help, and normally I do so I love that about them. They bag and package everything so nice so nothing breaks. I could go on and on! I love this place!!

Great products and atmosphere.

This place has wonderful fragrances for the body and sales often. If you have their app you get all the sale notices and coupons.

Everything was 75% off for the semi annual sale, got $220 of body wash for $60!!! Now I have body wash to last me until I am 45!!!
