They will take good care of you. Tony is one of the best sells men I have had. He is very professional and prompt.

So far so good!! Ashley B helped me pick out the best vinyl option for my (very dated) kitchen and bathroom. She was patient with me and gave me great options. I signed for my order on a Saturday, she placed the order Monday and she called that Thursday to schedule the install! I’ll update this after my install (Sept 3) but so far I’m super happy with my experience!!!

Had a great experience with Flooring America in Moline IL. Got carpeting for two bedrooms and linoleum for two bathrooms. Good quality, decent prices, and expert, quick installation. Best part though was working with Jordan who was pleasant and very knowledgeable about product and options. He kept in touch with us throughout the ordering, and even stopped over on installation day. Its really great to work with someone who wants the customer to be satisfied, and we certainly are!

Cassie my sales rep was very knowledgable and helpful. She helped me pick the right flooring for my home which I love. Cant say enough about the installers. Michael, Josh, and Tim were awesome, friendly, courteous, and did a fantastic job on my home. They kept me updated and brought my house back to normal after they were done. Thank You!

Ken is awesome to work with. He helped us with several different options to pinpoint what we wanted. He even threw out ideas we didnt know were options like area rugs for our laminate flooring for our dogs to enjoy. We scoped out other places but the customer service was far the best in the area. We had measurements done in less than a weeks notice and gave us options the next day. Many many thanks to Ken and the team. Really made a great decision going there. We will recommend for sure.

Flooring america sent out sub contractor to install luxury vinyl planks, What a DISASTER, and the sell person wasnt any better,floor is completely unlevel, which I paid flooring america to fix.sales person came to our home and look at it, and stated yes its not right, we will fix it,after several phones, He called back today and want me to pay for it. REALLY!!!!!go to hell see in court!!!
