Would highly recommend Dr Francis Loomis, such a wonderful Optometrist (eye Dr), Dr. Loomis was professional and outstanding service.Wonderful staff that take their time to help you and find the right glasses for you, I’m picky and must have tried on 30+ glasses. They we’re lovely and patient people, advising when needed. They will give you that family feel from start to finish.I will be a returning customer.Thank you so much 😊

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Loomis. I had the most thorough eye exam Ive ever had, great counseling, and help choosing the perfect pair of glasses. They even did a quick adjustment on my current glasses so they would fit better until my new glasses came in. The staff here is professional and helpful. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

He was absolutely rude when I had him as a doctor and asked for one paper! But it’s ok because at the end of the day he knows he was wrong and so does the man above

Ill give one star because the Dr. was VERY informative. He gave a good exam.However, the receptionist was not very friendly. When I scheduled the appointment for my family of 4 she seemed irritated on the phone with unpleasantness in her tone.At the appointment, when I told her my kids had double insurance, she told me they were only able to submit to one insurance and didnt really explain why. I had to call another eye office to have them explain to me. They will only give an exam for contacts or eyeglasses NOT both. They do not give you a print out of what you paid for unless asked to do so. We scheduled a second appointment to have my son go back and see how he did with his first week of contacts. The appointment was scheduled for 4:30 p.m. and at 5:30 p.m. my son still hadnt been taken back to see the Dr. There was no explanation of how long it may be, no update to let anyone know why or how long they were running behind.My family and I will NEVER return here. I would not suggest this place of business to anyone I know.

Dr. Loomis gives the most informative exams Ive had, with the most accurate prescriptions. The employee that helps choose frames does a great job pointing me in the right direction and they have an awesome selection from which to choose. I recommend them to everybody!

I have used dr loomis for a number of years. He’s a honest man who not there just to sell u something. I appreciate his approach :)

The receptionist was very unpleasant and rude. The Dr made a rude comment to myself about my wife coming with me to my appointment. He said, “I didn’t realize you needed your mom to come to your appointment.” I didn’t find this funny. I had an appointment and he asked me back a month from that date. When I came back in he said, “why are you here? I didn’t need to see you again.” Worst eye experience I ever had. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Our Family has been seeing Dr. Loomis for years. He provides outstanding & personal care. Highly recommend his office!

I went online to make my husband an appt for Saturday because that’s what shows as available online. It’s our first visit and obviously not a good impression. We wake up early Saturday to find that not only is no one there but they have “summer hours” and are closed yet google doesn’t recognize these hours our network doesn’t recognize them just a sign on the door. I am not impressed and very upset to have woken up too early for nonsense.
