Bought a Carmel coffee 24 oz. No flavor tasted like hot water, at gym wanting to call them no number on google

I count not get the gas pump to work no matter how many times I tried. Hobbled in to the counter in the freezing rain and she was to busy to help. I am disabled and I got no help if I could give it a star negative I would. Everyone standing around and no help. Go some where else.
