I am waiting for a refill of an allergy drug. I was told yesterday after my doctor wrote it, I would have it today at four. Ohhkay, why would it take 24 hours?Then I got a text that it was too soon to fill this NEW prescription. I texted back no, and was told it would be ready today at 4. At 4 I was told it would be ready at 5. Now I get a message that its in process. This company manages incompetently. Its not the front line people

Terrible service, will not answer the phone. If they would just answer there phones and acknowledge the customer it makes all the difference. Seems like everytime we need a prescription there is a problem with it. I had a major surgery this morning and am suppose to get medication for pain but no hurries with this place. Suppose I will wind up in the ER today just to get relief from the pain. Thanks a lot CVS...

Came to get 2 medications was told via app it was ready for pick up they only put in 1. Came back next day to pick it up and they stated it wasn’t pulled from the drawer or filled we ended though the app stated it was. She said it would take. 4 hours to fill even though they screwed it up. Now when they pull it insurance denied because they already filled it. And waited on hold for one hour

OMG!! Dont bother trying to call!! I was on hold for OVER 40 minutes!! I could have driven up there quicker!! Just needed to ask a question that I NEVER got to ask because nobody would answer!!

Never have any prescriptions ready.. they call and said it’s ready come down and get told it’ll be a few days get a call back come to pick them up and not ready…HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!!!

Better get a different pharmacy.

Amazing staff. Jennifer the store manager goes out of her way to help you out however she can. She has gotten items from other locations for me the next day. They are short staffed but that is not fault of theirs, they do the best with what CVS gives them.

The problem that I have with this place is that some of the employees in the pharmacy are so rude. The first time that I went to CVS was back in 2015 and one of the employees had the worst attitude I have ever seen. Now in 2021, there are multiple employees that have a terrible attitude, it’s like if the employees just don’t want to work there. It’s sad and frustrating for not just me, but for the other people that are waiting in like at the pharmacy. But like I’ve said, it’s only a portion of the employees in the pharmacy that are very rude. Every other employee there are extremely friendly.

This place is a JOKE.. I waited 14 minutes at the counter. Ring bell twice with a response, Ill be right there ... She knew I was standing at counter. Never was waited on. So I left about $60 dollars worth of merchandise on the counter and WALKED OUT. WALGREENS can have my business.

Worst, slowest pharmacy to ever exist. The store is also empty and the shelves look like they haven’t been stocked in years. Do yourself a favor and go to the cvs in Target.

I willc never go to Cvs on the Ave again, we walked in and the girls and I were being followed by a male that worked there as if we were gonna take something and we were browsing and gonna get a few things but when he kept going to every spot after we walked away I said screw this Im not giving them business, so we go across to dollar general and when we get out of the car here he comes out of CVS looking around so I called spoke to the lady that was working then I told her everything and if there was a manager there or when I could call to talk to them turns out the man that was following us was the manager his name is John... just creepy and upsetting... my girls had money of there own so they could buy something so we may have been in store for a while but sheesh.....

Takes the people in the pharmacy 10 tries before they can get anything right. I hated changing to cvs, but insurance required it. What a nightmare.

The absolute slowest pharmacy Ive ever been to.

If one of the drive through isnt operational, a sign or a cone on the lane would be helpful...instead of my waiting for 10 minutes.So, I went inside and there were TWO lines for one register....I was so confused
