Kays is honest and trustworthy. I had another jeweler try to basically tell me that piece of jewelry was only worth $250, Kays looked at it and told me that it was worth roughly $6000 and they probably sold the ring originally. They also said I would be smart to send the jewelery to an appraiser to have it valued, so I did.

I have a lot of jewelry from Kay’s I like it my girlfriend loves the sales people are the best

My fiance and I worked with Diana. She was excellent! She helped educate us about the 4 Cs of diamond shopping and showed us several gorgeous diamonds. When Kay didnt have what we wanted to look at in store, she ordered it in to the store. Diana was professional and followed up with us weekly by phone. I highly recommend shopping Kay and working with Diana!

Great service! I got my watch battery replaced for very cheap in the store. it took 2 minutes and was not scratched. Very friendly service as well.
