Amazing experience! Got this for $200-400 at the height of yu-gi-ohs popularity and destroyed competitions. The only problem is the card that they sold me was fake. I noticed this when I went to resell the card this year. I will be going in today to try and get some rectification of the situation, but I’ll more than likely walk away empty handed.If they refuse to even hear my situation I will look for the card receipt and escalate this situation GLADLY. You can rip 11 year old me off but 24 year old me is a different story.

Horrible customer service. The guy never likes to talk or even help you out with finding certain things. Called a few times in the past and he seems like we are bothering him. I always wondered why I never saw anyone in the store. Now I understand why. Do NOT shop with these people!!!

Worst attitude I have ever seen. I will gladly buy my cards online without looking at them before I go here again. The owner or manager that sits behind his little desk is Rude, has no business sense, and knows nothing about the cards he is selling Oh and dont even think about trying to sell anything here, even though it says buy sell trade on the sign he will INSIST you send him pictures online because he is too busy to look at what you have.Horrible experience. I was blown away by the selection of Pokemon, MTG, and more. Well stocked on products I was nervous I wouldnt be able to get. Im new to the hobby and the staff was informative and helpful. Will be returning weekly.

The people that work here are knowledgeable and willing to help. They have never once made me feel like I was out of place for not knowing about something. This is our go to for board games, pokemon cards and d&d miniatures.

The old man and lady are super rude. the young guy that works there is super polite and friendly. they lie about having inventory unless you call them out then all of the sudden they randomly have it? would not recommend.

Excellent shop. Just moved to the area. Once sanction play opens Ill be playing at this shop.

Good selection of boxed minis. Will buy from again :)I have to say that after working with the owner my idea this place has been completely turned around. During an incredibly busy Magic the Gathering tournament he was able to take the time to guarantee that I would get the box set that Ive been looking for. He didnt need to do that but he did, and I appreciate it. This store is definitely five stars. I understand that my previous issue with the store was a one-time thing and not a sign of systemic issues. Im happy to spend my money here to get good quality gaming supplies.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star... the guy that doesn’t move from his chair and the old lady are soRude!!!! They don’t like helping anyone ... we called and they didn’t answer so we called again and he said we called 5 times and was just not friendly at all’

Ive been doing business with Todd at Trademart for years. Hands down best place in the Quad Cities to get Magic the Gathering products. Has the greatest selection of Magic singles in the area.

Great game shop! I was pleasantly surprised to find a full product line from Wizards of the Coast (Magic the Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons books and board games). He also has a wide selection of tabletop games and CCGs. He mentioned that he can order most things for next day delivery.

Trade Mart is a great local game store. Todd has an excellent selection of single Magic cards as well a large selection of sealed product. Todd also hosts lots of events to play your favorite games.

Friendly staff very helpful

The owner is not very friendly. Never greeted me upon entering or asked if I needed help. I called once specifically for an item and when I went in they were selling it for more than they told me on the phone. Absolutely terrible customer service.
