Absolutely the best customer service Ive received anywhere. Went in with my AR for a part. It was very reasonably priced, they even installed it for me. They also found a issue with my gun, and fixed it for me right on the spot with a replacement part they had lying around. Couldnt believe how well I was treated, and I am a first time customer, so not like they were just taking care of one of their regulars. They will be where I go from now on. Id recommend everyone else to go there also. Really a great group of guys.

It would be 5 star but I bought a brand new Springfield 911 9mm and it didn’t feed right then the firing pin disappeared first time out of the box. I took it back and they insisted I took it apart witch I didn’t . They told me sorry about your luck nothing they can do. Kinda sucks I’ve spent almost 4 thousand there and they turned me away. I will be taking my business to Davenport guns for now on.

Great shop. Smart staff willing to go out of their way to help you. If they dont have it in stock, more than willing to order something. Great prices, close-to or beats online prices. Add in the free range time when you buy a gun and they are usually under prices at other stores.

Great store, great staff. You really feel at home when you walk in here. If they dont know something, they wont pretend to to get a sale or push you. They will look into things and give you the best answer possible.

The best, most affordable shop around. Most people think that because its a smaller shop, the prices will be too high. What Ive found is that not only do their prices beat all competitors, but they also beat the big box stores. On top of that, they have an amazing concealed carry class for Iowa and Illinois. I learned so much from their instructors. Great store.

Ive attended classes here for carry conceal and purchased items in store and through their online store. All transactions were smooth and easy. Never any delays when it was time to pick up. Ive also made many purchases through other brokers and used this shop to manage FFL transfer. Fee was very reasonable and no hassle from staff like you get from some stores. Would highly recommend if you need to purchase or just go shoot at the range.

From the second you walk in the door the staff makes you feel comfortable, and immediatley asks how they can help. The instructors for the many classes they offer are the very best in the area, and are reasonably priced. No question is a stupid question at SS. There is no pressure, and the staff is very knowledgeable.

I live in Davenport and I choose to go here. No dancing around in a class room filling out paper work for the feds . Shooting Sports is by far the most pleasant indoor gun range I have been to. I like being able to rent a gun and switch it out no charge for a different gun to try. Guys there are very helpful. I will continue to take my friends and family there.

I had never shot a gun and wanted to learn, so I took a gun safety course at Shooting Sports. The class was thorough and the instructor was excellent. I felt very comfortable handing a gun after the class. Ive purchased handguns since then, and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection and good prices.

Just picked up a new rifle there about 2 weeks ago. They had to order it, but gave me a good deal on it. Since Illinois is a bunch of Nazis and you have to wait anyway, it wasnt a big deal. Ordered Monday afternoon, picked up Friday.Thanks again for the great service!

Had my first visit to Shooting Sports on Saturday, and I love this place. They have a wide selection of firearms and accessories, an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff, and great prices. Im looking forward to visiting them again very soon.

Fun place to blow off some steam, guys there were really helpful! On top of all that, they never once make me feel like because Im a girl, I cant be taken seriously. TrustTme. This happens to me a lot. To walk into a store and feel an overwhelming amount of support from staff and patrons, makes it feel like a home away from home.

Went in for the first time today to use the range. Very helpful staff and the range fees are not bad at all, best in the area. Didnt check out the prices on the firearms but from what I had seen there was a great selection.

Have purchased all my firearms from Shooting Sports starting in 2008. Have been a member/family member since then. I find their service flawless, their prices (with customer discount) more than competitive and the updates/improvements to their facility show they are in this for the long haul. Couldnt be happier. Closer stores to me (I live on the Iowa side of the river) but none better. BZ!!

These guys always have the answer for what you are looking for.The shop keeps things very professional yet friendly and I feel very welcome anytime I am there.They have a good selection of accessories by different manufacturers. I have gotten a great price on all my new and used guns I have bought from they as they have a great selection in firearms for sale also. Hands down best local shop for when you want to feel at home!

A great locally owned gun shop with experienced knowledgable staff. The small indoor range is convenient and reasonably priced (no membership required but there is a discount if you are a member). You can also rent a gun during your hour of range time for $10 and swap it out for others in the same caliber. Im planning on getting my CCL classes here as well.

I have had quite a few interactions with personal at moline shooting sports. And not one of them has been good, they are rude, condescending, and their information they give out has been wrong or driven by sales instead of trying to help a customer. My father ordered a magazine for his 770 Remington. Called 2 weeks later to see if it was in, because he had heard nothing from them. He was told in a rude tone that he didnt know what he was talking about and had never ordered one even though he had a receipt. These interactions are just a few of the bad customer service and down rude people. Never ever shop he for anything...not worth the trouble

These guys are absolutely stand-up people. Very nice, helpful, and you can tell that theyre into firearms as a hobby in addition to business owners. I would urge everyone that is in the market for a firearm or want to shoot indoors when its chilly or hot outside to take advantage of their range.Firearms are fairly priced for a small shop and ammo (now that the shortage is past) is priced very well.Support your local businesses! Your other options in the QC are not nearly as attractive. especially the chain stores.

There are 5-6 others places to deal with in the QCA. Any of them are going to be more honest. If you deal with Chris, he is unfriendly, unhelpful and just short of dishonest, this is the last place you should look for a gun purchase.
