Country Style mint sundaes are the absolute best. Simple soft serve with mint syrup — tasty and one of a kind in the QCA. Also love the old fashioned outdoor counter — an experience I’ve always preferred to standing in the unforgivingly harsh Whitey’s lighting. Watch the kids play in the park, get a soft serve with syrup — lovely.

Country Style vs Whiteys has been choices for ice cream for decades in Moline. They both are Great Choices and Very popular. On the day I visited I chose Country Style for a Marshmallow and Chocolate flavor malt. There are many flavors to choose from to get your ice cream fix.

So delicious always the place to stop at in the QC. Ice cream so good it reminds me of my Grand mothers homemade. Malts are my favorite but everything on the menu is DELICIOUS!!!

My son bought 2 large chocolate sodas. One for him & one for me. They had maybe one scoop of ice cream in it & that was all with a lot of club soda. What a rip off!!!! Next time well go to Whiteys. At least we wont get ripped off there.

Love their shakes/malts better than you know who! I just wish they werent blended in styrofoam cups. Thats why when I need a fix I get medium size. Nobody beats you no whos ice cream tho!

Ordered mint chocolate chip malts and it was disgusting. Not mixed properly and just tasted awful. Took it back and was told there was nothing they could do. No apology, refund, or offer to make something of equal value. This is the second time I have had a poor experience here and I will never be back. Way to treat your customers no wonder everyone goes next door instead!

Delicious creamy chocolate ice cream, but they dont know how to make a cone. It was lopsided and too big on top! And when the server was asked if they could see that, the reply was, No. No explanation or apology.

The staff was friendly and a bit quicker than Whiteys. However, I prefer hard vs soft ice cream especially on hot days, Whiteys is right next door and Whiteys is open year round unlike Country Style. I can see the appeal though and occasionally grab soft serve from a fast food place and Country Style is definitely better than those. They have a good slushie type drink selection as well. So, if you prefer soft serve or just want a slushie drink instead and its summer Country Style is a good option.

Greed is killing another small business. Stopped for 2 boston shakes. Asked for M&Ms and Butterfinger. She charges us double for extra toppings. We were charged $16.38 for 2 medium shakes!! She said she charged us for extra toppings on the top and bottom of the shake. This is the last straw for me. I wont be back!

Anytime were in the area I HAVE TO STOP!! Best ice cream ever! No need for toppings. Ice cream cone is all you need. Twist is the best of both worlds!

Everyone raves about Whiteys being the best ice cream in the Quad Cities or Midwest, but the BEST ice cream in the QC is Country Style. Sort of comparing apples to oranges, as Whiteys serves hard ice cream and Country Style serves soft, but Id still prefer Country Style over Whiteys any day.
