I was home I Illinois due to the passing of my mom. I needed to ship some things back here to Washington. Good folks at the counter who were very helpful. Everything packed up quickly, and I made my flight. Package arrived the day they said it would.

Fedex is NOT responsible for ANYTHING, even if it is HIS ERROR.I bought a cell phone for my mom (senior citizen) for Christmas, the shipment was on Dec.-28-20 at the Fedex Ship Center, 41st St Ct. At Moline, pay $ for international shipping, which it was supposed to be delivered December 22-20. BUT arriving it to Mex. They changed the zip code of the address to which it was going be delivered(why?) And began to play with the package sending it from one FedEx center to another and vice versa.After this I went back to the FedEx Center in Moline asking for help with this problem, they said they couldnt do ANYTHING and they just gave me a BTN # in Mex., so I called at that BTN # and a men assured me that the package would be delivered on Dec.-24; but it was not like that. Then a package was delivered to the address it was sent to on Dec.-26, in which the package I sent was violated and the cell phone I sent was stolen, and those robbers only put some rags in that package !! who is going to think that someone going to pay more than $ 100 dollars adding that is going to be dealing for days with FedEx personnel for a few simplo rags ??.NOW NOBODY OF FEDEX IS WANT TO BE RESPONSABLE NEITHER THOSE OF HERE NOR THOSE OF MEX.Fedex is JUST ONE COMPANY It should not matter the place here or there; the staff of  the company must help the Customer.  Customers that shouldnt deal with things like this it is in other places also  it stars with that the service was paid in Moline IL. and they should be able to see and solve the problem or any problem anywhere in the world; because Fedex is the company to gives you de services.  Fedex should have more control of shipments and the EMPLOYEES EVERYWHERE. It should have More Communication between from one center to another around the world because Fedex services is around the world.. THE PACKAGES SHOULD NOT BE LOST SO EASILY, FEDEX SHOULD HAVE MORE CONTROL OF HIS SYSTEM INFORMATION.HAVE SOMEONE TO TAKE RESPONSABILITY OF THIS MATTER AND RESOLVE IT. This isnt a pandemic issue.I WANT MY NEW CELLPHONE BACK or I WANT THEY TO PAY ME FULL PRICE

The toll free number is the WORST! I needed to speak to a person about something NOT shipping related and there is NO WAY to do that with the automated system. I could not do anything to get a person and the system hung up on me TWICE as I attempted to get a simple employment verification for an employee who works for the company.

First they didn’t attempt to deliver anything didn’t leave a tag or nothing. I called and no one could help me locate my package or get in contact with the guy that had it😑. This fed ex is just terrible.

I went to ship something the other day and my experience was great. I had a package ready to go so I didnt have to wait. I just showed up and told them it was ready to go. They took the package and gave me a receipt. Very quick and easy process.

STOLE MY BRAND NEW $1000 COMPUTER and now having to get the police involved. Never knocked or rang the doorbell once and I was home by the door the whole time! Says it was signed by C. miles. No one in our house or on our street is named C. Miles!! Don’t have anything shipped by this sticky finger company!

Received notification that my package was delivered. It was not. Came to this location with my tracking number and they stated it was not their package but FedEx Ground. I contacted FedEx Ground and they stated they could not locate a tracking number. I then called FedEx customer service and they said this location lied and it WAS their package. Still no idea where my package is. Its a brand new cell phone too so this isnt a cheap loss

This isnt the first time, but Im gonna make sure its the last; payroll check sent by the company I work for on a next day air and a gaurtee it would arrive by 1 pm Saturday, well was just informed by Fed ex that they are sorry, but it wont be delivered till early A.M. Monday!!!! So for me, anything I order on the internet or anywhere else, it will have to be delivered by UPS or I wont order it!!!! I have never had any problems with UPS!!!!!

A little out of the way but fast and professional service.

Package arrived at 8 am this morning, but because it is not due to be delivered until tomorrow, they have not opened the shipping container it came in. So, i cannot pick it up. Also, when they deliver to my apartment, they will say they knocked on the door, but they dont, or if they do, the driver only gives me 30 seconds to get out my apartment door, and down the flight of stairs. They are gone, in a flash!! Terrible service, never have a problem with UPS!

Delivery guy gives me 1 minute to get to the door. I call 1.800 # give the guy on the phone both door tag numbers and he tells me delivery guy didnt scan either one so he cant help me. This really upsets me. Guy doesnt give me enough time to get to the door, doesnt scan door tag and so Im out of luck getting help.

The delivery service is a JOKE. Said they delivered it and they didnt... Apparently he delivered it to the wrong place. Called the Ship Center and they tried to contact the driver...and even when he knew he prolly made a mistake and the shipping center knew, nothing was done! He couldve went back after his run and corrected his mistake or the company couldve made him go back but now I have to wait 2 extra days on package I paid EXTRA to 2-Day ship. I will go out of my way to make sure I dont have to deal with FedEx or any of its HORRIFIC DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!!!
