Our experience was a bad one. My wife and I entered an agreement to have a classic car restored. I had consulted with Gary off and for the past 4 months about getting a car in for restoration. He called one day out of the blue and said I hired a welder, get the car here! He didnt have business forms, but we insisted on a signed agreement since it was $15k-$16k and 1.5 to 2 years to complete. We gave him the deposit cash he requested upfront, then delivered the car and all the parts we had minus a complete floor that came from a third party a few weeks later. After sandblasting, he uncovered the need for parts not originally planned for or the labor to install them. I insisted I didnt want an over-run surprise. He said well be ok but continued to text parts descriptions of what he needed additionally. Many many parts he texted for ME to order...and he wanted more cash. Without discussion or agreement for the extra we were not comfortable.We told him wed be in favor of putting the project on hold. With the idea of assessing where were at. It felt like things were out of control. He lost his mind, became sarcastic and disrespectful! Yelling that he was gonna lose his welder. He told me to come and get the car and bring help to load it. He employed no customer skills whatsoever. I asked for an accounting of what had been done on 11-26-2019. He finally sent it on 12-4-2019.  This is the unbelievable part! He had an attorney send us a storage bill @$30 per day from 11-26-2019. When we pick up the car on Saturday the 11th 2019, he will be charging us $1190 in storage fees for a car put outside, he sandblasted and used no rust inhibitor or primer.Beware of this shops ethics and business practices.

This body shop does excellent work at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend this body shop to anyone. Will definitely be going back to this body shop in future
