They dont state that it will take over three weeks to get the filters. They just leave you hang waiting for them. I ordered 12/09/2020 they say NOW I SHOULD receive them by 12/31/2020.

Great family owned business! They went above and beyond to get me set up when I purchased my first home and I had no idea how to change or get the right size filters for my furnace. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I was very pleased to find this source for my somewhat odd-sized filters, and my order of a dozen arrived in a timely manner, at just the size I ordered. Then I realized I had ordered them a quarter inch too wide! As they were a custom size, I didnt really expect to be able to return them, but I emailed customer service and asked if I could get a partial credit if I returned them at my expense.I was somewhat flabbergasted when the reply came, as they said that while they couldnt accept the return, theyd be willing to send me a set of correct-sized replacements at no cost other than a nominal shipping charge of $15.00, which I received within the week! They just asked that I consider donating the original filters to Habitat for Humanity or similar charitable outfit, which I have done.Im extremely pleased with both the product and the service, and recommend them without reservation.

I have ordered these filters for the last 5 yrs. They come in pkg. of 12 which I love. I change my filter every 2 to 3 months. I have my air conditioner checked every 4 months. This week I was told that my air conditioner (10 yrs. old). was in excellent condition. By maintaining it properly, I know it will last longer.
