If I could give this company -50 stars I would. I have contacted them over 15 times over the past 3 months to simply get a tank for my home. They had absolutely no problem taking the $270 to deliver. But guess what? It’s still not there. They came one time when it rained 2 months ago and said with the soft ground the truck would get stuck... so what about the 45 sunny days we have had since then. Every time I call they said it’s on schedule for next week... it’s not. They have absolutely no clue how to run a business and customer service is horrible. Take your money elsewhere to a place that supports its customers. No tank = no money for them. I don’t get it. You fraud artists can keep the $270 you did absolutely nothing to deserve.

Had a morning site visit schedule and was told they would be there between 8-9am and didnt show until after 12pm with no call to tell me they were running behind. Site visit lasted 5 minutes and the guy was gone. When I walked out to my car i saw that he backed right into my yard and left a large damaged area. Not pleased with this company at all.

I have been a customer for over two years. Their service has been excellent and the prices are more than fair. I left another gas company to do business with Southern Propane and if I had to do it all over and I would.

Kimmy WieneckeWe only use propane for heating a 1200 SQF home and these jokers show up every 45 days and charge you well into the $300.00 range each visit? Again we only heat with their propane. Just seems extremely high we live in NC so no heat running most of these past 10 months to have paid $1200.00+ since July of this past summer. Oh and dont try and speak with the Manager as even her staff cant reach her VIA phone Bit shady in my opinion................

I received a quote for install of a new 125 gallon tank at a newly constructed home. Quote was for $875. Other companies quoted $350. I went by the office to make sure the quote was correct. Wow!

Are you aware that your phones (not just in Monroe, but all NC locations) havent worked in at least two days? (June 27, 2019)
