I visited here for the first time this past weekend. I love all plants and succulents around this shop. For all the scents they carry the shop did not have an over powering of smells which was nice! I bought a candle, Peach Nectar, which is so fresh smelling, and I got the reed diffuser of Vanilla Bean and Rosemary. I liked them both so much the next day I ordered 4 more diffusers. The packaging was thoughtful, from the thank you note, to the candy. I received my order super fast, on Tuesday, Ill make a note that shipping is free on orders over 50.00. Not only was the packaging thoughtful, it was careful. Not one broken bottle, not even a broken reed, I was amazed. If you can visit the shop I recommend, just so you can smell everything, you wont be disappointed, you also wont be disappointed in the shipping. Thank you Rekindle!!

I’ve followed Rekindle for a few years and finally decided to do a candle class. Matt lead the class and it was the most fun thing! Matt walked my sister and I through each step and even got into the science behind why the candles work and why each step matters. We both ended up with candles that smell amazing and we love! The shop is adorable and I’ll definitely be back for more!

A few of my friends came to visit and we desperately needed a girls’ only event. We took a candle making class with Matt and enjoyed ourselves so much! Matt was so friendly and knowledgeable, he made the class interactive and fun. The shop itself is adorable, cozy, and inviting. I’m sad it has taken me several months to go to the store in person. I’ve bought several candles at the Athens Farmer’s Market, and have always had a great experience chatting with whoever happened to be working that day. The candle scents are all unique and amazing, with the added bonus of knowing they’re good for you, with no harsh ingredients.

I purchased a candle class as a Mother’s Day gift. We had an absolute blast with Matt and can’t wait to come back and do another class! Matt was an awesome teacher and we really enjoyed our time with him. This was the perfect gift for my mom and she had SO much fun. Definitely one of my favorite things we’ve done together! We loved being able to create our own scents and there’s so many options to pick from! The staff was very helpful and the shop is welcoming and decorated beautifully. We will be back for sure!

Matt is super friendly and passionate. Moreover, he tries to make his business as sustainable as possible and that’s very appreciated. The class was fun and easy-going. I would recommend it for a family-moment or just with friends !

We stopped in downtown Monroe and found this cute little shop. The owner was super kind. Love all the plants that they carry. I’ve been looking for a eucalyptus plant and they had one! We can’t have candles in our apartment so I bought several of the diffusers. Our home already smells great and we just put them out this morning! Wish we lived closer to take a class. 11/10 recommend!

I did the candle making class with some of my friends and it was such a great experience! It is incredibly priced and Matt is so kind and a great teacher. He made the class really fun and engaging. He also had so many scents for us to use in making our candles that we really got to be creative and literally do whatever we wanted! And he taught us some of the science behind it all, which we thought was pretty neat.I also love the sustainability focus Rekindle has. When these candles burn out, Ill be coming back for more for sure. :)

We had an absolute blast with Matt during our candle making class. We knew we loved Rekindle candles (they are the only candles we burn in our house), but getting to make them ourselves was amazing! It was, by far, our favorite date night of the year so far. Matt took his time and explained everything to us. It wasnt overwhelming, and we all had a wonderful time. Well absolutely book more candle classes. We cannot recommend Rekindle enough!!

I just have to tell you guys, you’ve outdone yourselves with these spring scents! I’ve been pretty addicted to your candles for a couple of seasons now. I adore that they have clean ingredients and love supporting local. I burned Cinnamon Rolls and Northwester Pine all winter and gave your candles and matches as gifts this Christmas. I’m loving the herb-botanical scents this spring. I ordered four minis to try last week, and it’s next to impossible to decide! Keep bringing the candle goodness!

I love everything about Rekindle! I had a class yesterday and Matt was very helpful and extremely professional. He was patient while I decided what scent I wanted for my candles, and guided me through the entire process of making my candle. Their products are ethically sources and they are constantly working with suppliers to create even more Eco friendly alternatives. In addition, their scents are very well thought out. Im particular about my scents and there is not another store that comes close to topping them. I love Monroe too, people are so friendly!

I did a candle class with my mom, sister in law and a couple other people and we had so much fun! Matt was very entertaining and we learned a few things too! The candles are so cute and fragrant, I love the fact that when you go to make a candle its your own personal scent . I will 100% do this again.. 10/10 would recommend .

I took a class with a group of friends and it was so fun to see the candle making process! Matt walked us through everything step by step from how the wax is melted down, to the right ratio of oils for the perfect scent. Nothing too elaborate and a fun activity to do while chatting.I love their partnership with the company who provides them with the wood wicks AND they will give you a discount for a candle if you provide them with a glass container!Monroe happened to be pretty busy when we booked our group class so parking on both sides of the street outside the store was taken, but it was on the same side of the road as the parking for City Hall. Didn’t even have to pay! Great outing for a group of gal pals and I’m definitely going to bring my mom and sister here one day!

Took a candle making class today with my mom and sister for my mom’s birthday! First off, I emailed Matt yesterday morning and he quickly made it happen today! So thankful for his quick response and flexibility!He made the class so fun and interesting! He cares a lot about candles but cares even more about his customers and making sure their experience is top notch.I would highly recommend this place for birthdays, date nights, bachelorette weekends, or a girls nights out! So fun and will definitely be back!!

I came across their smell discovery kit as I was searching for bridesmaid gifts. These candles were the perfect addition and arrived within 48 hours of placing the order. A group of us did a candle-making class at Rekindle Candle. It was fabulous! Matt, the owner, is a talented candle-maker and teacher. I really enjoyed learning the process. His knowledge of fragrances was exceptional. His crackling wood wicks make the candles so special. You dont have to take a class to go home with a couple of candles. Matt has plenty of gorgeous candles in stock to purchase. Stop by. Its a cute shop with a wonderfully fragrant atmosphere.

This is the perfect candle shop! The owner is such a kind and generous man. He hand makes the best scents to keep throughout your house no matter what time of year. My favorite are the wood wicks as they crackle beautifully and set the mood for any kind of night. Definitely would recommend stopping by this place if you ever get the chance.
