Last time I took my gaming computer in it was fixed up. Over a year later and all the stuff he did is still great - went back for upgrades. Easy to work with.

My hard drive died and I took it in to reboot. Had never done business with them before. They ordered and installed a new hard drive, saved all my files and attachments, and had it back to me in a timely fashion. Much cheaper than buying a new computer.Got it back and I wasnt able to properly download software for my printer/scanner on my own. Took it back and they fixed that problem by installing it. Then I took it home and they connected to me and finished installing it remotely so that it would work on my home network. They did all this in a matter of hours and it was only $20. I wished I had known these guys were there all along. Could have saved me a lot of headaches. Pricing was reasonable and they sure as heck know what theyre doing. Very happy customer.

Been to Reboot several times over the past year or two, everything from fan cleaning to virus removal and a few other things in between. These guys know their P’s and Q’s…and their M’s and N’s and O’s! (Anybody know the 1958 tune that line comes from…???) Anyway, great service at a reasonable cost.I’ll be back…

Dissatisfied with the manager, as apparently the value of a coupon is dependent on whether or not you are gauged to be a return customer. Don’t publish coupons you don’t intend to offer if you’re looking for return customers. Just lost someone looking to drop a few hundred because Kevin guessed wrong.
