My experience has been beyond frustrating. I placed my original order through a vendor - Window Concepts in Georgia six months ago. The windows arrived with the incorrect mullions three months ago. As of today, the problem has yet to be corrected. At this point, I continue to wait on replacement glass and mullions for my windows. I am told each week that my glass didnt make it on the truck. This is completely unacceptable. I am unable to complete construction on my home as I await resolution to this problem. I have yet to be provided with any tangible next steps to ensure that this problem will be resolved, outside of being told that I need to hope it makes the next truck. I have called the phone numbers both on the website and listed below for customer service without answer and have yet to have a reply to the voicemail messages I have left.

Ordered several windows for a new addition. These are awful. Paid extra to have them factory painted on the insides. Some aren’t painted all the way. Holes were filled with caulk and not painted over. Holes weren’t filled on some sashes. The sashes are miscut and the weather stripping on the bottom doesn’t seal well due to the miscut. No quality control with this company. I’m shocked these were ok to leave the factory. Waiting for a rep visit but my initial thoughts are to avoid this window at all costs.

UPDATE 12/31/2019 Their technican was the nicest guy, replaced few of the broken sashes that came in damaged. Talked to customer service and they were apologetic for my struggles but we both agreed the main culprit in this was Locust Lumber of Monroe, and their delivery methods. Windsor did the right thing and took care of the issue even though they werent the main issue of any damage to the product.--------------------UPDATE 10/9/2019- After 8-9 months of no support (For lifetime warrantied highest class pinnacle windows) I finally starting legal action. At this time a support rep finally came out and took a look. Supposedly 1 window has been ordered. However this is not far enough as a rebate needs to be issued for the damages on the windows from shipment or factory, the windows are potentially leaky and will have issues from bad handling before they arrived to me. Well see if anyone responds.----------------------No support services through locust Lumber (now bmc) purchased top of the line pinnacle clad for a 20k order and got zero support for stuff that showed up damaged. I dont care if it was in shipping or it was at the factory someone needs to repair and fix it. Been told too many lies and ignored for too long. Terrible service. Dealt with someone named Steve at Windsor who ignores texts and callas and lies about ordering parts. It has been 4 months now.

My windows are only 5 years old and they need painting. I called and was told that it is not warranted after 5 years. I did not think vinyl windows needed painting. They look terrible! I would not recommend Windsor Windows.

Calling for emergencies, they will act like theyre putting you threw but will be on hold until the phone call ends. Have to hassle them to get threw.
