Used to be one of the best junk stores in town. Nowadays they want to make retail prices and forget about help loading up. Im 54, 110 lbs and I watched 4 employees argue over who was going to help me load up a fee garden boxes. I ended up telling them I would do it myself so I didnt have to wait... in a dress, with heals and 90 degree heat... They still have a bunch or cool junk though!

Overstock & returned merchandise at big box stores make its way here. Majority are great bargains... some are not. But its worth the drive to check out what they have. Its a menagerie of everything (furniture, gardening, pets, hardware, food, health & beauty, shoes & clothing, etc...) reminds me of Stupid prices back 15 years ago.

Good prices on most things. Sometimes you can come across good products. Would give it five stars, but their customer service is not good. Bunch of young kids working, and theyre all pretty rude.

The prices for an outlet store are not affordable. Good deals are rare here and I only went there 1 time, and wont go back as the prices are to high, and for that I will go get it new from the store.

My experience at this store was amazing. I love the customer service here they had a humongous selection there was a lot of things to view and to look at. I was quickly greeted by the cashier as I entered everyone was very kind all the employees asked if we needed help. This place has a second floor. Overall I would recommend this place I would recommend checking it out from time to time because everything does change. Their item selection changes over time.

I loved coming into this store when in town but now that they’ve reduced the actual space it feels like I have to relook at the first area I walked into because it feels overwhelming! I enjoy browsing but I don’t feel like it’s enjoyable here now unfortunately.

Absolutely disappointed. We purchased a box containing 4 oat milk containers. When we came home to open one, we found that all of them were obstructed. The inside seals were broken and all were filled with water.What safety measures are they taking to prevent this from happening?My concern when I called the store was to aware them that this has occurred, especially in these times. They told me that I could return the item for a refund, though we are not going to make the drive back. There was no incident report whatsoever. We will no longer purchase a food items if the safety standard is this low.

Has a wide selection of of used costco and target items but over priced for what your getting .. alot of stuff was missing out of packaging or it was damaged

The employees decided to have a venting session about a coworker while we were shopping. This was about the coworker not liking anyone but one guy. TMI and I certainly dont need or want drama where I shop. I did spend almost 200 but think the management can do better. Also, I wanted to buy a parcel lock box. No code known so I could retrieve the key. Didnt buy it but frustrating to say the least.

Spend an extra $5 and buy from Costco, it is worth the better customer service! I have never had such poor customer service thanks Riley for reminding me that I was shopping at an second hand store. Big Box Monroe used to have amazing service. So sad to see it go down hill!

I was very disappointed with the cashier that was in the pink shirt today! I walk in and she is just sitting there on her phone. Then she was on the business phone with her mask off! Come on Big Box what has happened with your friendly employees that were concerned about everyones well-being!

I went there because Marysville store didnt have enough of the recliners or selection they had was 🤗 huge. The Monroe is huge the people there are very helpful and the selection of not just furniture but everything youve been looking for....The only problem is its a little challenging to find. We love the recliners

Shopping here is hit or miss. Sometimes you will find stuff you like or need but you will never know what to expect to find here. The only somewhat constant is there is furniture. Employees are also hit or miss- but Im guessing theyre all paid very little and get frustrated with what they have to deal with as they always seem different.

Prices seem to be going up. I use to love this place because stuff was super cheap! Now you really have to watch them. Sometimes you can buy it cheaper at Costco not missing parts, opened and gone through ect...

This store is huge tons of food, clothing, furniture, car items and personal care. The down side is that its all packed in tightly making it sometimes hard to find (clothing). I always leave with more than I intended.

Im not a fan. They get Costco returns and sell them for about the same price as they were at Costco. Id rather get the Costco return policy and buy it there.

This store has so much of a selection and it is huge! Way bigger than the marysville one, the service was awesome and the lady even opened a box of something I wanted to look at, she also helped me get signed up for the rewards program here! I didnt even know they had one. I recommend this place for clothes as well! Always good deals. I bought a nice jacket that is waterproof and wind proof here for 17.00$

This is a great store, kind of a secret that I dont really want to share, but I want their business to succeed. You can find all kinds of things here, surprising things, and often at outstanding prices. Dont want to spend a lot in a brick and more store, but dont want to wait on shipping? Check Big Box. Its a wide range from thrift store level junk, to really nice new furniture, electronics, furniture, housewares, and all kinds of stuff. I always wonder how they get it to begin with.

I love finding a store I can trust I will find good deals at! We visit Big Box every couple of months, we would more if we were closer.You can find just about everything here, including a lot of Costco liquidation items. I have bought a few big ticket items here for great discounts and never had any issues with anything bought here. Be sure to take a peak upstairs too for even bigger discounts! And dont forget the clothes--they are always priced well.The staff always goes above and beyond. Once we were in for a sectional I had seen online, but it was sold by the time we came in. Someone asked if we needed help and I figured why not see if there was another available. We told him we were interested in a leather sectional--he went to the back and pulled so many options for us. We found the one we wanted and were thrilled! Had he not been so willing to help we would have left without our lovely sectional.We have also found counter stools, pet items, light fixtures, rugs and garden tools that we couldnt pass up.I think I will stop in this weekend to see what treasures I can find next! Always lots of cool stuff at great prices. Just about anything you can think of from foodstuff to furniture to random items you didnt know you needed (3 pack of golf gloves for $12) Just shop carefully as much of the merchandise is overstock and returns. But always worth a stop if youre in the neighborhood.

Good place to shop for a deal on a variety of items including food, clothes, furniture & more. One has to be careful, however, because some products are damaged and/or defective. Look carefully before you buy and know your prices. That being said, its an interesting liquidation-type store to check out.

A sign holder on the corner by my vet pointed the way. What a discovery! The selection is huge - kitchen, garden, home, food, electronics, clothes and more! I left the store with a brand new convection toaster oven for $15! They not only have amazing prices, but the associates are helpful and friendly too. I cant wait to go back.

Bought food (boxes of healthy snack items) - cost was about 1/4 or less than normal. Only outer box damaged & would be removing that anyway. Very helpful & friendly staff. Only problem: trying to keep from spending too much!

The service here is over the top. They helped us find the perfect couch a different store. They have a bunch of goofy outlet food and great clothes. I always find something cool.

Love shopping here! Always find good deals on stuff I wasnt looking for, lol. Today the cashier was a young man who was very helpful and polite. Definitely a step up from the last person.

Worst junk ever

This store is always a surprise! Weve gotten amazing deals on a couch, and other appliance. We even bought a $500 mini fridge for $70. Perfect working condition! You can find anything here, appliance, clothing, bulk food, furniture! Check them out!

Wow surprise. This hidden little store gets all the stuff from our favourite big shopping places and sels them at huge discounts. Even candy and pop up to furnature.

Most of what they have is way over priced. Can get same or better elsewhere cheaper. Disappointed, was expecting to find good deals. Maybe someone who doesnt know pricing would be fooled, but I shop around a lot and know the difference.

Great store pretty awesome selection of random stuff you never know what youre going to find. Not a place you go if youre looking for a specific item but if you want to find things in a very general form at a really good price thats the spot. For some reason they always have calphalon cookware and Braun series 7 razors that work amazing.

Good deals on food as long as its not expired. Lots of kitchen wares. Good selection of furniture but not at a discounted price like I expected from this kind of store.

Great prices, nice clothes etc, could be cleaner and more organized. Some of the floor help need customer service training, not very knowledgeable, not very helpful & not very friendly.

This is the largest big box store around. So many amazing items, be sure you have about an hour to spare so you can see everything!

Not happy when charged twice for a 2 pack. Makeup sold in a 2 pack was charged twice. Then a 2pack of paper notebook and was charged twice. Beware check your receipt☹️

They often have good deals on a variety of items from clothes to carpet and more. Ive never experienced any overtly rude employees, but I have encountered a few extremely lazy and unhelpful ones. I think this store can be a good first or last stop when looking for a good deal on items youd rather not have to purchase at higher dollar stores.

Fun and cheap inventory. Front end staff could be a lot nicer and helpful.

This place is NOT cheap. Looked like a lot of stuff from Costco that did not sell during seasons as well as leftovers from other stores. Products were in really good condition. But the prices are not a bargain.

Really great shop. Felt like it was a bit difficult tho navigate with children. But besides that, liked what I saw, love what I bought.

As the name says its an outlet store. Reminds me of big lots. They have some good deals, but all sales are final and I didnt find that big of a discount for something I can not return if i get it home and it doesbt work.

We usually have good luck finding stuff, but there return policy is only 7 days.

What a rip off! Buy Costco brand paper towels at Costco, or buy a half used roll, mangled and ripped for twice the price here. Have a need for a returned slow cooker, it was only used once by its last owner (ignore the packing tape holding the mangled box together), its perfectly good and only has a little food residue in it. Want to buy a new couch, missing a cushion, and with a cigarette burn in the arm? They have it, and at only slightly more than retail price.

Good for broken bags of dog food and other odds and ends that may have been dirty or not in condition to be sold at Costco. Buyer be ware the electronics are refurbished and do not carry the manufacturer warranty. I learned the hard way

This store has both amazing deals and sometimes disappointments. As their stock changes often its worth the time to check them out. The return policy has been fair and I have used it (30days and receipt).
