They are closing the Monrovia location soon. The sign on the building says last 8 days. The employees are maintaining a good attitude although none are being retained. Even the fixtures are fore sale with some already sold. Everything left is 60 to 80 % off. We think we got some good deals.

This store used to be pretty nice -- bright, organized, etc. The parent company has been replacing some of the name brand items with store brand stuff, which isnt what Im usually looking for. And now this location is closing (many shelves are bare), while the Pasadena (Hastings Ranch) location is hiring.

This chain offers products for the home and some of the products are unique because they are sold exclusively at this chainPrices are competitive and the customer service is excellent

This store is going out of business, so everything (as of today) is 30-50% off. Be aware though, that they dont accept any coupons, returns or exchanges.

Great, I went back for my Mother because we found an Awesome set of curtains.. And decided to buy another set for the other bedrooms

Wow, trying to support local stores but..... My wife had a shopping cart full of items. She was having trouble finding one item and asked a manager. The managers response wasnt to try to help find it but said to look online - not an approach that was useful. My wife just left, went to Marshalls a few stores away, and found everything she was looking for.

I think this place is way over priced. Just my opinion, gotta watch how I spend my cash. Better deals else where!!

This store is very nice and the employees are friendly and very helpful. I was shopping for wood pant hangers, I visited many other stores, but none of them have any for sale.When I visited B B & B, I was happily surprised about the extensive inventory of cloth hangers that they have.No other store can compute with them in variety and price.In summary, a great store to visit. I will return there in the future.

Staff at the Monrovia Bed Bath and Beyond are very helpful and kind. Is saw them being very patient with older customers with time off questions.

This is my favorite Bed Bath & Beyond in the San Gabriel Valley, by far. It has more of the housewares items that are synonymous with BB&B, and less of the beauty items that take up almost half of the Hastings Ranch locations space. As a result, they seem to have more variety of things, and have had items stocked at this store, when they werent stocked at Hastings Ranch. Nothing is necessarily wrong with the Hastings Ranch location, I simply prefer this one, based on my anecdotal experiences.

Large selection of great holiday gift ideas! During the rest of the year they have all sorts of high quality items for the home and family. Helpful workers. Prices are a little high but they do have good sales and coupons. Fun and pleasants experience to shop here or even just walk around and browse.They have good selection of items for pets, too!

I only needed a couple of ramekins for personal sized turkey pot pies. I had trouble finding what I needed and asked for help. The worker went out of his way to check stock in back, guide me to another area of the store, and engaged me in helpful conversation about alternatives.Big parking lot, brightly lit, well stocked, no waiting in line, and helpful staff. I really appreciate that kind of service. I will be back if Im ever in a similar situation.

Great place to shop for many good household items. Selection n variety is good, prices are reasonable, service is friendly. They will check for an item if out of stock in one store n hold it for you for 24 hours in another store for you to go n pick it up. Or you can buy it online n get it shipped free to your house.I ended up going to 3 different stores to buy 2 different hot on sale items that were out of the main store close to me and I noticed that the customer service was very helpful n friendly in all 3 stores I visited. This consistency is a great feature and reflects on good upper management traits.

Great customer service. I was offered a cart, was helped with a price check and couldnt go wrong with the 20% off coupons. I could of used up too 5 20% off coupons at once, but I only had two! I was told that I can bring my receipt with 3 more coupons within the next two weeks of my purchase and I would get a price adjustment! Nice

Love this store. Where else are discount coupons used so well to save money. Prices are very good to start with than we get more off. Quality, selection and price.

So many options it can be a bit overwhelming. Not a huge shopper but they had what I wanted and it was a good price. Maybe a rewards club or something to keep me coming back. The 20% off coupons are good but cant be used on a number of items

This is the best BB&B in the San Gabriel valley. They had the zero water filters in the 4-pack in stock and on sale - something I never found at the larger Pasadena store. Give it a try.

The were very helpful when I was looking for a bridal shower gift at their registry. They found it on the computer and had someone go get it and bring it to the registry desk. That was very helpful.

This place is a heck of a lot better than that rathole counterpart in Hastings Plaza in Pasadena. The staff here are actually polite, and have a brain! They help you out when they see that you need it or when you ask for it. My faith in BB&B is restored thanks to this place and the staff here.

The employees there like to steel stuff. I was In there on Friday morning and went to the restroom and there was 2 carts full of stuff like Kitchen aid hair straighteners pots and pans Cuisine art and high end items marked down . For example a cuisine art food processor 13 cups for 50 dollars which is 200 dollars at all there other stores . And other big brand items for really cheap which they said people have called and put them on hold. Which is a lie because I walked out and five minutes later I walked back in a over heared the works talking that it was there stuff . To my knowledge they dont mark down kitchen aid I called Carpet and asked about these items and they said they dont mark down these items ever so the employees market these down for them selfplace marked and down for them which is considered stealing.

I shop and ship B&B often. Darin in monrovia store is always so friendly and positive. He makes my shopping experience a pleasure when I ship items. I will be doing a lot more shopping and shipping with BB&B.

Surprisingly they didnt have what I was looking for, plastic storage container 53 qt., but they do have a vast variety of quality items, just about anything youre looking for your home.

Normally the cashiers very friendly. This morning had a very unfriendly cashier. I hope they change her work area to the back as she shouldnt be working with customers.
