I would think twice about buying carpet from a tile store. Not happy with the installation.

CV Tile is an absolute joke. Between getting passed around to 3 different people during our project, who never communicated with one another, our experience could not have been worse. Several phone calls from them saying our order was ready only to drive 45 min away to pick up and find out one or more items were actually NOT ready for pickup and drive 45 minutes home with an incomplete order. Even after telling them we live far away and to confirm everything is ready, we ended up driving out there 14 times! This was not a supply chain issue, instead was pure disorganization. The final straw was when they told us we can return any unopened boxes, drove out AGAIN only to be told they dont take returns! Steer clear, there are far better and more organized places to buy tile in Los Angeles.

Floor and decor has better service. Home Depot has better service. Heck, DMV has better service. Everyone is lookin at a computer screen so they dont have to look you in the eye.

CV Tile is fantastic to work with. The first time we went in, Yuliana helped us. They have a massive selection of products and work with a ton of brands/vendors so can get you quotes on things if you see it elsewhere. She was patient and helped us select tile, countertops etc. I emailed her several times after for many weeks during our kitchen remodel. She was responsive and helpful every time. We eventually bought our quartz from her/CV Tile and used their fabricators for the install as well. The process was straight forward and professional. I could email/ call Yuliana whenever I needed and was able to pay via online invoice. Simple, convenient - which is hard to come by when you’re dealing with a remodel!The countertop installers were fantastic. Prompt, professional and did a beautiful job. He and his team showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and cleanly. Did an amazing job and was very detailed. Price was super competitive. I shopped around!I am so happy with CV Tile. I’m really glad I went with this local business. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Ask for Yuliana if you go in!

I could not have asked for a better experience. I have a countertop with an unusual color and I needed floor and shower tiles to complement. The designer, Liza, was so helpful! She found both flooring and shower tile was perfect! I now love my new bathroom. CV Tile will have me as a customer for life.

We needed new tiles for our brand new house. CV had a big selection and their staff is very knowledgeable with their products. They were able to order us our tiles within a week. Delivery can be an issue since you have to use an outside company (they dont have their own delivery service).
