Very poor customer service. They should not get at least one start. I walked into get new i phone 12 pro max blue color one and i pad air. They said they have two phone on the stock. I said ok, then let me get one, then the person in the store said if you want to get a phone i should buy 3 more accessories with the phone. Otherwise they won’t give the phone to me. Is that how Verizon treating to the customers? I will go ahead and definitely open a case against for this store.

Be careful with this store. The employee is not honest. I purchsed a plan with multiple lines, the price they told me is $35 per line and $30 after enrolling for autopay. I just found out I have been paying $40 every month so far, not $35 or $30. In addition, they told me to purchase an Ipad and $300 rebate. The rebate never came back and I called and they just get different excuses. Please be care with your contract pitfall (the price is not labeled in the contract and not in the Verzon system!!), the price is only about the device prices. LOL, never should have trusted them.

Very professional service, I’ve had very bad experiences on T-Mobile sprint even Verizon stores but I found this place and the lady who helped me very nice :), I got 4 lines and later another, that 5 months ago all she promised was deliver, promotions and the explanations when will apply whit no complications, so far I’m paying about $75 more for 5 lines than T-Mobile 3 lines..I can confirm that the lady did not make me feel any pressure to buy either more services or even accessories that didn’t need ☺️

I just visited the store for a print out of my bill it was full of people. The store associate by the name of Elias took his time helping me reset my passwords and made it possible for me to get my paper copy of my phone bill. He was very patient in helping out all the customers and managing to keep everyone happy by helping multiple people at once. I will be making this store my main Verizon go to store.

Walked in with a few questions. I was nicely greeted by MiKE ! He was supper nice and answers every single of my questions ! I upgraded and did a lil switch over with another line ! He made sure everything was transferred to my new phone . He explained everything so well . Great customer service.! I worked with Jordan and he was so professional and funny and helpful. He was great to answer all our questions, he was patient and one felt genuinely cared by. Salesman Darin V. offered a 2 for 1 deal on a pair of Google Pixel 3 phones. I’m now paying on installment plans for these 2 phones at full price. My advice is to MAKE SURE you receive any deals or offers in writing from these people, and to make sure you fully review your paperwork before you sign anything. These folks can’t be trusted.

I strongly recommend this store, the employees are always customer service oriented and go out of their way to help you and they truly love doing their jobs. I have been to other verizon stores and they leave so much to be desired when it comes to servicing their clients. And for that reason I will be back to this store only from now on.

My wife and I just purchased iPhone Xs and we brought them in to GoWireless to have them set up on Verizons network (it is the only network that provides good coverage at our home in Arcadia). We worked with Eileen and she was very friendly and helpful and walked us through the process. She also helped us pick out some very nice cases to protect our phones (much better then the last cases we had). We really appreciate the help that Eileen gave us - she is an excellent employee. Avoid this store if you can! When asked to have bills and charges printed, employee insisted nothing could be printed. High pro-rated charges on the bill due to the time of switch and when I went back in to fix was told there was no way those charges were real. Clearly does not understand how Verizons system works and just wanted to get a sale. Bill did not go down as promised and now Im dealing with customers service remotely. Avoid!

I am from northern Nevada and here in social due to my husbands surgery, my blackberry is on the verge of dying. Joey was so helpful and thoughtful in helping me get a new phone and help with the learning process on my new s8. In fact he and the assistant manager Eileen went to the Pasadena store to pick up the phone to make sure I had it before I went back to Nevada. I so appreciate the extraordinary experience he provided for me.

Was very disappointed with the treatment we received today. The sales person refused to fix a screen protector he has installed himself after it started peeling on its own. I clearly remembered him stating that we could get 6 free replacements (scree protectors) in 2 years when we bought the phone. Today applied a $10 discount and still charge $10 and some change. It has been one month since we purchased the phone with the screen protector installed at this store. He had the audacity to say that he didnt want to point any fingers, but it looks like [I] misused the screen protector.By the way, I visited the screen protector manufacturers website, and it states that the first 3 screen protector exchanges are free!The sales person was very nice and patient at the sale; but dont think he was reasonable in refusing to exchange the defective product he sold.

I was havinvg a problem with my Pixel 2 phone; I had stopped in the Verizon store in Pasadena and no one could figure out how to get a certain icon off of my screen. Even the manager of the Pasadena store couldnt figure it out. I was shopping in Monrovia and stopped in the Verizon there on Huntington on a lark thinking maybe someone there could help - and sure enough, RONNIE came to the rescue. It took him about two minutes of playing with the phone and he got the icon off the screen right off the bat!! Thanks, Ronnie - you are great and in my opinion, deserve a raise!!!!

Read a few bad reviews before coming here. Decided to give them a chance. I was surprised what good service I got here. They were all very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I was upset with customer service. They couldnt help me resolve my problem. Came into the store already upset and ready to cancel. But the people here help me resolve my problems and a got me a good deal on my plan and also got a tablet. Really happy. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family. They restore my faith in Verizon again

Very poor service received here. They were supposed to cancel a phone line. When we received our monthly bill, the line was not cancelled. We called Verizon and they went ahead and cancelled the line (we hope they did it correctly this time) but refused to give us any credit. It is not a lot of money, but it is the principal. Very done with Verizon!

Its not an authorized dealer and the people arent that helpful and dont work deals whatsoever. So if you want to pay more for accessories and talk with people that act as if you are bugging them, that is your place. Author dealer in Pasadena is great. Make an appt first. They are busy.

The people at this store will rip you off and lie to your face. Last year I went in to pay off my last phone (which I had lost) and get a new one. My issue isnt with the four lines we have and the payments for the phones which we fully agreed to. It is with the sales people saying theyd throw in a Samsung tablet (for free, just $10/mo. to use the tablet on our wifi, which is fine; I knew about this going in) and now when I want to get out of Verizon and get something cheaper, I find out that theres a two year contract on the tablet and to get out of it at this point will cost us $135! The tablet was never free.The worst thing is that they said theyd throw in a jet pack, once again, for no charge. I knew I didnt need a jet pack; that I could create a hot spot with any of our phones, but I guess I was thinking that it was free so it didnt matter and it might come in handy. I found out that the jet pack is costing us $20/mo. for something I dont use. We also have to pay $135 to get out of that two year contract (also things they did not mention).And dont be swayed by them saying that theyre under new management, that theyve been getting a lot of complaints from people about the previous group. I went in there with a plan that we were paying $150/mo. for. I didnt want to pay any more. I knew that by getting the tablet and paying the $10/mo. it would go up to $160. I asked the guy to guarantee me that thats what we would be paying. Nothing in all the paperwork that we were given explicitly stated our monthly bill and broke it down for us. I asked him to print out something that showed that which he had trouble doing.So I start getiing my bills from Verizon and the first one or two are over $200. Then they settled down to about $180/mo. which now makes sense because were paying $20/mo. for that stupid jet pack. (A jet pack, by the way, is a device that will allow you to have a hot spot anywhere you can get Verizon service and you can use your data for tablets and things that dont have their own cell line.) To get out of this its going to cost us the $270 ($135 times 2) plus what we owe on our two phones (the other two are paid off.) Im not upset about the phones and lines, Im upset about the tablet and jet pack and that they lied to my face.I suppose some people will tell me that I was gullible or too trusting, which I was, or buyer be ware, but I think that if they want people to continue doing business with them, they need to be up front and honest. I WILL NEVER USE VERIZON AGAIN!!!

It’s a wonderful place to buy an iphone. I never write reviews but Joey is the first cell phone retailer who has told me the truth. The deal was straight up and the information was correct. I was in and out of the store happy for the first time ever. Be sure to see Joey.I liked the process so much I went back with my mom. She had the same wonderful experience with Joey. Useless customer service from their Asian girl worker. I went in for a simple procedure of transferring and activating a phone number to a new phone from a damaged one. She didt even try to to help. She just said she could not do it. I went to a different location and they helped me with the activation in less than 18 minutes. Poorly trained and useless customer service does not sound well for the verizon brand. I was lucky the other worker at the othèr location where I was helped was professionally trained and new what to do.
