Pharmacy worker (guy) was SUPER RUDE. Said I was taking my prescription WRONG and that I had to pay because I wasn’t taking my prescription right. He obviously knows nothing about type 1 diabetics and how often they need to inject insulin. I tried to ask him how I can get more syringes before I run out because it’s very important and he said I don’t need any and he was very negative and unhelpful. I then hung up and called my doctor to tell them what had happened and they said he should have contacted them for a new prescription because it’s obviously a big deal if I run out of syringes. Just thought I would share my tiring and very dissatisfied experience. Be careful when speaking to the pharmacy. I don’t want to come back here.
The manager here had been here for way too long and no longer cares about his job or this location. Would not recommend anyone going here. At the check out line all the employees just complain about there jobs and customers. Not very professional.
Very slow, every time pick up at less wait half hour or more. Unbelievable
The employees are the best part of CVS.Some of them weve known for years.Keep being cool, CVS
Be prepared to wait for any service. I switched here a few months ago when rite aid closed. They dont answer the phone and are always understaffed. Im here right now after trying to call and the pharmacy manager said theyre to busy to answer phones.
I was helped by an amazing employee named Jaime he was friendly and was very helpful on helping me look for what I needed. I do plan on returning to this cvs.
If anyone in front of you at the drive thru is getting a covid test, that car will remain parked at the drive thru window for about an hour..best be aware.
After being on hold for about 10 minutes I requested a specific brand of a medication. The pharmacy tech or possibly the pharmacist was really confused. I had to speak to her like she was a kindergartener. She finally understood my request. I am still waiting for a prescription that I asked her to have transferred to CVS do to a change in my insurance during that same call. Im afraid she completely forgot about my request, therefore I will have to call again & wait on hold for another 10 to 15 minutes in order to speak with someone in the pharmacy.
Well, I told the woman yesterday with the long dark hair, and she saw my bottle that my med would expire today. She told me it was in process and to come back tomorrow. Haha joke on me. It expired today! So I couldn’t pick it up at any location. If she was experienced and trained, she would of said come back at 8:45pm AND I can refill it for you but not tomorrow!!Now back to doctors office because she is inexperienced. COME ON CVS, get it together!!
Got help to take my passport pictures and I have to say that the service was great. The guy who helped me had a fantastic humor and gave a lot of himself. Five stars!
Terrible customer service. Absolutely no friendly staff. Very rude customer service. Terrible attitude toward to customer. Very unprofessional service. Worst store in the area.
Pharmacy is terrible. Unprofessional. For the third time in less than a year I was not notified that my prescription needed doctor’s approval. The pharmacist Cindy was not helpful at all. I’m changing to a different pharmacy.
Zero respect for Covid restrictions. Moreover, incompetent. If you can drive 15 miles to avoid this location you will be doing yourself a favor.
They have everything there! Love that store :)
My favorite pharmacy store. Their selection is great and the pharmacy staff is friendly. They remember me and my entire family which is great. Another staff member, Steven Diaz, is the best. The friendliest and most helpful associate Ive encountered in any store. He goes the distance to make sure my family finds what were looking for. Hes so good, that we bypass two other big name retail pharmacy stores that are actually closer to to our home just to get the help were looking for from Steven.
The worst place to get medications. All due to JANE. She really has a Bad Attitude Every single time we get medications. Never can ask her a question without her giving a Mean look or voicing her attitude. She definitely lacks professionalism and tact. She should Not work with people. She makes the CVS experience so difficult and unpleasant we are going elsewhere.
Always friendly prompt service. However, I usually am using the drive-thru to deliver or pick up prescriptions. Check out their flyer on Sundays, sometimes they are offering really good prices on their liquor. Also, parking is usually not a problem.
Friendly personnel
The worst customer service from the store manager not the employee
I live in Northern California and frequently come to visit relatives in this area. My relatives tell me the pharmacists are really good with one exception. I had the bad luck to get that one exception. She did not seem to care that I forgot my medicines at home and needed an emergency refill. Her entire demeanor was, if not unprofessional, definitely not compassionate.
Staff reminded everyone to wear masks and social distance.
Great staff. Love pharmacy and extra bucks sayings.
I have been with this particular CVS for more years than I care to count. They have just recently gone through an extensive remodel and the result is beautiful. I fugureill find everything I need eventually! He shelves are spotless, the floors are immaculate and the attention to kind, fruendly, and helpful service us spot on. I spend an enormous amount of time with the pharmacy staff andthey are nothing short of wonderful. And believe me, me and my less than stellar health problems really give them a workout! Im sure not going to receive that kind of personal service anywhere else. I know customer service is key to keeping people loyal, but tis pharmacy staff goes above and beyond to help me. They do not talk down to me or make me feel bad when Im in pain. They work quickly and have never left me hanging without calling around to solve the problem. Im able to function because of their care and concern for my well-being. And for that, I will forever remain a CVS customer. Thanks guys, you deserve many high-5s!
This is a great well knowledgable pharmacy. A little slow and times do not have what you need.
Unprofessional, insulting, and disrespectful pharmacy staff. And as if that wasnt enough, they wouldnt even give me a 30 day supply which my insurance covers. Taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend.
Easy parking and enough space
Generally speaking the drug store itself is ok...with the exception of one rude loudmouth sales clerk (joanne)
Cheaper in costco pharmacy
