Original is my favorite with almond toppings. Place is nice in old town monrovia

Our family stopped by today and was greeted warmly and served yummy frozen yogurt by the younger gal and slightly older (possibly owner) guy working the counter. The store itself was sparkling clean with tables safely distanced from one another. The yogurt and toppings were top notch as every Pinkberry has always been. Well be back next time were in town!

We had bad experiences before at this location, and my family always come back because they like the flavors from pink berry and this is the closest location. Tonight we had the worst experience, the owner is attending now and he is counting every single drop of yogurt. We ordered two medium and one small yogurts and spent almost $20.00 the cups were served only up to half, the toppings seem to be counted as well and when my wife ask for some more coconut the say wanted to charge 75 cents for extra topping! I ordered mine with no toppings and he charged the same price as with toppings. Pink berry I already overpriced but the yogurt is good so we did not mind to pay the price but this last owner is not helping the business with his attitude.So far we counted three changes of ownership, and I think very soon will be a four one …..Definitely nit coming back

Its a pink berry, so nothing different. However, the people working the counter where wonderful.

Pinkberry is my one stop shop for frozen yogurt. I like that they have copious amount of toppings and flavors. Indoor vibe was welcoming. Similarly, it’s neat, organized and well lit. Staff were ebullient and very helpful. They were following health protocol. After a minute of deliberation and much needed thought as I look at the menu. I ordered a medium size cup of pomegranate flavor with fruits, mochi and chocolate chip as toppings. I truly enjoyed my Pinkberry pomegranate yogurt. Overall, I had a good order experience and I highly recommend this Pinkberry location.

This place used to be awful about accepting gift cards, but thats no problem anymore. Their food is tasty as always.

In my opinion Pinkberry is the best tasting frozen yogurt. You just cant beat their quality. In regards to this place, this place is super clean and the workers here are really friendly. My wife and I visit almost every week during the farmers market every Friday.

Every time I come here it is such a bad experience. I had a “free” birthday reward and the owner told me “oh we had a decent price change, it will be $0.55”. Why are you charging for a free cup? You guys don’t appreciate your customers and this is definitely the last time I go. Then to top it off it melted in the three minutes it took to drive home at 9pm in 60 degree weather. Ridiculous! Never going back and do not recommend! Go to Yogurtland down the street...

I love pinkberry vibes! they always have amazing music, I went two days ago and the person who took my order was extremely kind and was able to help me out with my order and had great commendations. Pomegranate with Nutella and chocolate crunch balls! (Not sure what they are called) but super delicious would highly recommend!

Madison is really accommodating. Ive came here for my birthday and ordered a green tea flavour yogurt and it had a tart taste to it. She exchanged it for a chocolate flavour. The tart taste were alarming to us since it resembled the same taste as sour milk. Seems like it wasnt the first time someone complained about it by her reaction. Maybe the franchise owner should reflect to corporate about the taste.
