Pretty, little hipster place. Coffe was tasty but for a flat white it was too weak and too milky. And the worse part - barely above room temperature. Not impressed. Cakes looked nice but I didnt have one. Is it form over substance?
Weve been there just a few days after opening and the vibe is just amazing. Coffee is perfect, prepared mostly by the owner - Kama Adamiec (Polish Brewers Cup Champion 2018). Not too big so you can chat with the staff.Oh, and have some room left in your belly for a fantastic cheesecake 😍 Will definitely revisit Proje again.

Fantastic coffee, prepared by passionate and knowledgeable staff. I have been here a couple of times and this honestly ranks as one of if not the best coffee shop/cafe in all of Poland. I wish I lived in Torun as I would go here everyday. Keep up the great work, dont change a thing, you guys are perfect! I highly recommend the tonic coffee drinks, or any of the pour overs.
Five stars all over. Been to speciality coffee shops all over Poland and across the world and this one definitely deserves a mention. Ran out of love for the bean and it’s really obvious that the owners want to share their passion and make your coffee experience top notch. Staff very knowledgeable and will advise what drink is best based on your preferences. Good selection of beans and ready brews. Cakes also very good. One of our favourites!

I visited Projekt Nano may 26th to get a cup of afternoon coffee and I found it to be a distinct experience. I got the seasonal special, espresso with fresh pressed orange juice, which was an excellent combination of sour, sweet, and bitter flavors along with skillful presentation . I also had the cheesecake which was light, not cloying as some cheesecakes can be, with a perfect balance of savory and sweet well-accented by the chocolate and fruit compote atop it. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming, yet upscale. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the preparation of coffee from the beans to the served product and made informed recommendations. This was the best coffee shop I have been to in Poland and indeed in my entire 2 week trip through Europe.

This is by far the best place for coffee speciality in entire Toruń and its surroundings. Kama, the owner, is a world class barista and she knows her product and brewing methods better than anyone else - not by a mistake she has been awarded as the greatest barista of 2018.

The cafe is located in a little frequented street which most tourists do not go to. The process of the selection itself is a great experience, because the barista talks about each of the coffee or cake. The cheesecakes are delicious no matter which one you take. Pumpkin coffee is very high on my list of flavored coffees.
Simply do not. I will not be delighted like the others. Espresso is not espresso ... Real, Italian doesnt have that much water, it is half the size ... Good quality coffee, but we drank better in the old town ... Cake ... Good, but not worth its super exorbitant price. We are in Toruń, not on the market square in Wawa :)
Thirsty for tea and coffee, we came here knowing only a short worth a try and to be honest personally I was a bit disappointed that I hadnt found this place earlier. The service is really kind and professional, able to tell you about every aspect of the menu in great detail and choose the best option - and it is not a well-practiced phrase! The selection of cakes, teas and coffees is more than adequate. Cakes can be seen that they are made on the spot, which the staff even confirmed - freshness is carried in the air. Interestingly, in this place you can find pea-based milk that I have never come across, and while I decided to have tea myself, coffee lovers told me that it is the best milk that you can choose. I am really jealous that there is such a place in the world and it is just in Toruń, because I will have to plan my next visit and visit one day. :)

Im not a big coffee lover, but I definitely recommend this place. A few steps from the main and bustling Szeroka Street. The place offers a great atmosphere, several places to stop, great original coffees, tasty teas and delicious cakes and croissants, also with the vege option. I recommend cheesecake on sour and nitronic :) nice service, muse, posters of local artists - this completes the atmosphere of this place.
Sometimes a person wants to sit in a soulful place, or drink a very good coffee, or just chat. Here you can do it all, go out full but unsatisfied. Probably now I will plan many more trips so that I can cross Toruń and visit them.I recommend!And most importantly - THEY HAVE NITRO COLD BREW !!!
A great place with open, helpful staff (young people who know coffee, will tell and advise you on the choice). The cafe is small (only 4 tables) but very cozy. Various alternative methods, but also espresso classics, matcha, other interesting experimental café-related proposals.

A little hidden gem. They have a great selection of coffee and know their stuff. Ogródek on Toruńs pavement also has its charm, although from time to time a car will pass by. We havent tried the sweet yet, but its just an excuse to come back here;)

A very interesting place for people who are open to new coffee experiences. The owners approach is different from the usual Italian classics and it is beautiful. The owner smiling, offering help in choosing a drink, talking with passion.Not only for coffee lovers! We can also try delicious cakes and surprising combinations of milk with e.g. rooibos. I chose this item from the fall card - Milky Rooibos. I melted more and more with each sip. A great thing for those who like such delicate flavors. Cheesecake with white chocolate - rocks!I recommend you visit and see for yourself what makes this place unique. 5/5!

Coffee served here is a world championship. The knowledge of Barista is enormous and passed on with heart and smile. A small, cozy place, but with great potential. You just have to come and elect your senses and palate with this black and aromatic drink. You could write only superlatives here, but you have to check it yourself. And believe me, its worth it
I was once and fell in love right away. Delicious coffee and cakes, cookies, cookies :) There are plant-based drinks in the assortment instead of milk for making different types of white coffee. Very serious professional treatment of coffee preparation. Very serious and kind treatment of the customer, nice and friendly service. A pleasant place, which also perfectly adapts to the state of the pandemic - you can sit outside on a wide window sill, equipped with thick warm cushions for sitting (you could even improve it by adding blankets;)). And you are sitting with coffee on such an atmospheric, narrow and quiet Podmurna Street 😏In addition, coffee beans, cool thermo mugs and other accessories are sold here.I would highly recommend.I wish the owners total success and development! This is not coffee! They should forbid it. The quality of service and flavors are addictive. Nitronic coffee perfect for hot weather. Desserts are heaven in my mouth. The most macro impressions, so I dont know where the Nano in the name comes from.

The smiling landlady welcoming everyone like friends creates such a pleasant atmosphere that I want to come back. Passion combined with work, and also taking care of quality. Cool.

A tiny cafe, a bit inconspicuous and out of the way, but coffee with great power and real cakes, straight from the oven, smells of home atmosphere. Cool young people with passion, it is pleasant to rest in such company. I heartily recommend.
